A very versatile seasoning with a slightly sweet heat. It isn't at all overpowering, so you get a nice slightly spicy flavor without losing the taste of your food. Great for Gilling! We tried in on grilled chicken breast and it was a hit with the whole family. It does have a good amount of sodium per serving, so that might be a consideration for some with dietary concerns. Would certainly buy again.

This seasoning has a good heat and sweet combo. I've used it on chicken and vegetables. I also added it to my alfredo sauce for a pasta dish. It is very tasty and adds a good spice to a dish. I plan on trying it on other things like shrimp and potatoes.

This seasoning has such a great flavor! The Hatch Chili has the perfect amount of spice(not too hot) with just the perfect amount of sweetness! It tasted great on our chicken kabobs with veggies and I can't wait to try it on some other dishes as well!

Honestly, I always want to try new things in the kitchen, but I'm a social chef at best. For me, this was a difficult spice combination to know WHAT to put it on. I wish there was more of a directive, ideas on the packet, or some sort of guidance to try. There are the symbols on the side to say chicken, pork, fish and vegatables are a good choice - but for me it was a little too vague. Now if you're a seasoned pro in the kitchen(excuse the pun) then this will work for you I'm sure. I ended up seasoning a full roast chicken on it, and it was nice enough, maybe a little too subtle in the flavor, but definitely had the kick expected. I think as I grow in confidence in trying with new foods, perhaps it will grow in my rating too!

Really tasty seasoning to add a nice spicy flare to your dish. I did expect this to have more of a distinct hatched chili flavor like the other hatch chili products but it is still pretty good. In addition to the spicy it still has a slight sweetness and saltiness with it that are very welcomed. We will be using this regularly with our breakfast potatoes. This would also be really good on chicken for tacos.

Member's Mark hatch green chili seasoning is fairly mild in heat but adds great overall flavor. It leans a great concentration of green chili flavor can make meal more authentic. Along with the chili flavor, you get a great of garlic, onion, and a great smokiness. I have used it in stews, to season meats and side dishes. I can hardly wait to try it in my next round of chili.

I love anything that has Hatch chili in it so when I saw it offered as a new item at Sam's, it was definitely on my list to purchase! I hope Sam's continues to offer it because I sprinkle it on scrambled eggs, cheese quesadillas and season chicken with it!

I've been eating Hatch Green Chiles for quite a while now, and they are just the best! So you might imagine I was pretty stoked to see a Hatch Chile seasoning. I was thinking about all the possibilities where this could be used. When it arrived, I was ready to try it out. I tried it on a variety of items from meats to vegetables. Unfortunately, the seasoning did not live up to the greatness I had propelled it to in my mind. Let me say, that this seasoning is not bad. It did add a nice flavor to the items I used it on. However, it did not have a very strong Hatch Chile flavor. I seemed to taste more sweetness than an overarching Hatch Chile flavor. The chile seemed to be somewhere in the distant background. As described on the label there is a smoky undertone, and of course some standard staples of salt, garlic, and onion thrown in. In fact, sugar, salt, garlic, and onion are the first four ingredients with the lone Hatch Chile way in the background as the fifth ingredient and only ahead of cumin as the sixth. This seasoning is fine as long as you don't expect to get much of a Hatch Chile flavor. Once you know that going into it, you'll probably like it. If you are looking for that one of a kind Hatch Chile flavor in a seasoning, though, this one isn't likely to satisfy your search.

This seasoning has a nice flavor of smokey mild peppers. It's great on chicken. I had previously tried the hatch shredded cheese on quesadillas and loved it. I'm no longer a fan of spicy but this is not hot just flavorful. This is a nice addition for people who used to like the spicy but can't handle it anymore.

This Member's Mark limited time hatch chile seasoning is so delicious. It has zero calories and the main ingredients are salt, sugar, dried garlic and onions, smoked hatch chile pepper and cumin. It was perfect on chicken. It has a hint of heat, and sweetness with smoky under tones.
