This is a nice balance of salty & chili. We've tried it as a dry rub on wings, in chili, & as turkey taco seasoning. This isn't something that I would normally buy, but I will be purchasing this moving forward. It's pretty mild, spice wise, but dang it makes a killer taco seasoning.

I tried this seasoning on some fried eggs and was pretty pleased. Though, I think it would be best in some dip. It's got a nice kick to it without being overpoweringly hot and it's also got nice smoky tones as well. It's stronger than regular chili peppers but not as spicy as jalapeño.

The members mark hatch chili seasoning is a great addition to many dishes and adds a really nice slightly spicy zest. I have used it on fajitas and also added it to my fried rice dish and both were excellent. I would definitely recommend this as a seasoning to add to your pantry.

This seasoning has such a great flavor! The Hatch Chili has the perfect amount of spice(not too hot) with just the perfect amount of sweetness! It tasted great on our chicken kabobs with veggies and I can't wait to try it on some other dishes as well!

A very versatile seasoning with a slightly sweet heat. It isn't at all overpowering, so you get a nice slightly spicy flavor without losing the taste of your food. Great for Gilling! We tried in on grilled chicken breast and it was a hit with the whole family. It does have a good amount of sodium per serving, so that might be a consideration for some with dietary concerns. Would certainly buy again.

This seasoning has a nice flavor of smokey mild peppers. It's great on chicken. I had previously tried the hatch shredded cheese on quesadillas and loved it. I'm no longer a fan of spicy but this is not hot just flavorful. This is a nice addition for people who used to like the spicy but can't handle it anymore.

This seasoning has such a great taste. So far, I have used it on chicken, pasta and the taste was so good that I even put some on my veggies. I really like that extra flavor it gives the food. It's not too salty or spicy but perfect for people that aren't used to eating chile. I'm looking forward to adding this new seasoning to so many more dishes.

Pretty Good. Mixed it in with our regular spices for our fries. It actually turned out pretty good. It has a really nice flavor, and adds a little extra to our fries. Not too spicy and all in all would be a welcome addition to the kitchen spice rack.

I have never used hatch chile prior to trying this so I wasn't sure what to expect. In my head it was going to be a little spicier than it actually was, but it is GOOD! My favorite use for it is honestly just sprinkling it over french fries. A garlic flavor in this seasoning really stands out and makes me want to use it on almost anything I make. So far, I have had it on french fries and I added a little bit of it to my chicken fried steak batter. I am excited to test it in enchiladas next!

Member's Mark hatch green chili seasoning is fairly mild in heat but adds great overall flavor. It leans a great concentration of green chili flavor can make meal more authentic. Along with the chili flavor, you get a great of garlic, onion, and a great smokiness. I have used it in stews, to season meats and side dishes. I can hardly wait to try it in my next round of chili.
