This is a nice balance of salty & chili. We've tried it as a dry rub on wings, in chili, & as turkey taco seasoning. This isn't something that I would normally buy, but I will be purchasing this moving forward. It's pretty mild, spice wise, but dang it makes a killer taco seasoning.

Super tasty and bold flavors! We used these on chicken kabobs. I forgot an after picture but wow were the flavors delish! The bottle is an excellent size, Will last a while and there's a great amount of “kick” to the taste to keep you wanting more but not too much to hurt you. Would highly recommend! Delicious!

I tried this seasoning on some fried eggs and was pretty pleased. Though, I think it would be best in some dip. It's got a nice kick to it without being overpoweringly hot and it's also got nice smoky tones as well. It's stronger than regular chili peppers but not as spicy as jalapeño.

The members mark hatch chili seasoning is a great addition to many dishes and adds a really nice slightly spicy zest. I have used it on fajitas and also added it to my fried rice dish and both were excellent. I would definitely recommend this as a seasoning to add to your pantry.

Pretty Good. Mixed it in with our regular spices for our fries. It actually turned out pretty good. It has a really nice flavor, and adds a little extra to our fries. Not too spicy and all in all would be a welcome addition to the kitchen spice rack.

hello! I really like this product. It was a really good seasoning and it improved the flavor and almost everything I tried it with. I really like how it tasted. The perfect mix of sweet and spicy just made my taste buds satisfied. I would totally recommend this to anybody who's willing to enhance flavor of any food.

This seasoning blend was great on many items! It went well with pork burgers, we put it on homemade fries, and my kids loved it mixed into scrambled eggs especially chorizo con quevos. It has a great balance of heat, salt, and sweet to even out the taste. Next I'm going to try adding some to my run mix for my next brisket.

We used this seasoning on both chicken and salmon but our favorite is salmon. The Chile lime flavor pairs well with fish. There is a sweet underlying tone that my family likes but I prefer savory with my proteins. I still give this 5 stars because the family likes it.

I have never used hatch chile prior to trying this so I wasn't sure what to expect. In my head it was going to be a little spicier than it actually was, but it is GOOD! My favorite use for it is honestly just sprinkling it over french fries. A garlic flavor in this seasoning really stands out and makes me want to use it on almost anything I make. So far, I have had it on french fries and I added a little bit of it to my chicken fried steak batter. I am excited to test it in enchiladas next!

The Hatch Chile seasoning is pretty good. It has mor of a Hispanic flavor and will be great when making tacos and the like. I used it to season chicken, cooked in an air fryer and sauced over. I really enjoyed it. It has a little spice to it, but it isn't overbearing.
