This seasoning was perfect for grilling some chicken on a beautiful spring day and taco tuesday! We love tacos and was getting a bit bored of the regulare chicken recipe. This was a great find and flavored the chicken perfectly.

Finally got around to try this, I've used it on chicken and pork chops so far and it has good flavor with spicy and sweetness together, even my kiddos enjoyed it! Will definitely keep this in my seasoning cabinet.

Mild flavor that is good as a seasoning on popcorn, bowls of chili. Large quantity should last a while. Not super spicy. Good for people who prefer mild spice seasoning. Good as seasoning on popcorn, chili.

This stuff is great! Delicious blend of garlic, onion, cumin and hatch Chile pepper! It has the perfect bit of spice and a hint of Smokey flavor. I've put it on chicken, salmon, and shrimp so far and it's been delightful!

Hatch chile seasoning adds the perfect amount of warmth and flavor to any food. We use it on everything as it tastes great. Not overly bity at all. Or excessively hot either just perfectly warm.

Fantastic seasoning so far I have use the spice mix on several items, fish chicken and lamb. By far it is amazing on chicken and fish. It is the perfect balance of heat salt and flavor. I can't wait until I try it on shrimp.

Great flavor we made a grilled chicken with this as the seasoning and ate it in a salad. It was the perfect spice level and flavoring not too over powering but you can definitely taste it all. Will for sure get it again.

I love this spice! Ended up being better than I expected! I will definitely buy again! Tried it with creating dips, on French fries, and checked. Tasted best with chicken and dip! I have plans to trying with different foods!
