I am lactose intolerant, so I can't eat cow butter. I was hesitant to try this product, because I was sure a butter substitute would be even unhealthier than actual butter. But the ingredients list proved me wrong. I literally can't believe this stuff isn't butter. And yet, all the evidence points to the fact that this isn't butter. It just tastes like it. I can't believe it's not butter!!!!!!

I was excited to receive a complimentary sample of ICB. It was a surprise! The packing was very well done and the sample was large and still very cold. I have used the same margarine my whole life. Trying ICB was a new venture for me and my family. I spread it right on my rolls and it was very tasty. I can't compare it to the old style ICB but compared to the margarine it is so much better!! I can't believe I have not tried I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! sooner.

I’m not going to lie I was a little skeptical at first to try this, but it is actually really good. You really can’t tell that it’s not real butter. Depending on what your normal butter choice is, this may be a little more soft and creamy than you are used to, but it is a great alternative to regular butter. Our family has used this for years and absolutely do not like the change at all. It melts in the tub while waiting for toast to toast, doesn't taste the same. Really disappointed, my family and I have discussed this and we will be trying some different types and no longer purchasing I can't believe its butter

For people who need no cholesterol and less overall fat, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter is a good choice. I can taste the difference between any kind of everything, and this “butter” tastes extremely similar to regular/real butter. It’s a good, plant-based option.

Is light 30% vegetable oil spread has good buttery taste . I use on daily basis. Taste just as good as real butter. Easy to spread and taste good. Easy to use it to bake , melted nice and easy. Smells good. They only have 60 calories per tablespoon, 70 % less saturated fat per serving compared to butter. Recommended it . Try it .

I used to use a different brand, but it nearly doubled in price, so I thought I would try this one at half the price. I really like it it tastes really nice, maybe even better than the one I used to use. It has a lovely smooth texture spreads really well as it's soft, not hard. Great on a tea cake or toast.

I would pay twice the price for this product over regular butter any day! Its easily spreadable, tastes like butter, and better for you. I have put this to the test by cooking with it, using it to top off dinners (like bread and butter) and even baking with it! And everything turned out great! No one knew there was a difference! Now, I must say when it comes to baking, for special occasions I would continue to use unsalted butter only because I like to really monitor the the amount of salt that goes into my baked goods, but for every thing else, this is really a wonderful substitute.

i have been using this product almost since the first day it came out and use it for everything except fine baking. obviously i am a big fan. the new recipe seems a little saltier and a little oiler than the original original but i am still a big fan

My wife and I have been consumers of your Lite product for years. We like the direction you took with the updated packaging, it does address spacial issues in the refrigerator. However, we are not pleased with the reformulation of the product. Specifically, the product is not pleasing from a texture standpoint and is flavorless. Additionally, the product falis to melt when spread on an english muffin that is hot out of the toaster. We are working through our third tub of the new product and have decided not to puchase future product. Sadly, the next shopping trip puts me back in the market for a new light butter product.
