It's rich in omega 3 ALA. made with good fat plant based oils like soybean and palm. It heart healthy certified and can be used as regular! It has less saturated fat than dairy butter. It's affordable and tasty!

I like it especially on toast which is how I've been using it so far. Comparatively speaking it appears to be lower in fats and oils than others, however it's still a processed food item. It does have a creamy texture and smooth consistency making it easy to spread and it melts rather smoothly. I feel like flavor wise it doesn't have as strong of a butter flavor as natural butter that depending on your taste preferences this may be appealing to you. The swirl on top was so pretty that I hesitated to dip my knife into it and ruin the design for the first time. Oh no! I would recommend this to a friend if you were looking for a butter alternative that is low in fats and oils.

The spread is very creamy, and it is soft and spreadable right out of the refrigerator. I have purchased this product in the past, but had not used it recently. We really liked the consistency of the product and that it stays fresh for a long time. The flavor is rich and buttery. The only drawback is that the buttery taste is slightly artificial, but it is lower in saturated fat than butter, which is a plus. I would purchase it again, based on the product's flavor and texture.
