It's very soft and easy to spread on bread. I also like the resealable container and size that it comes in which is very convenient. The spread is very creamy, and it is soft and spreadable right out of the refrigerator. I have purchased this product in the past, but had not used it recently. We really liked the consistency of the product and that it stays fresh for a long time. The flavor is rich and buttery. The only drawback is that the buttery taste is slightly artificial, but it is lower in saturated fat than butter, which is a plus. I would purchase it again, based on the product's flavor and texture.

The “butter” taste is great. The ingredients include: water, soybean oil, palm kernel oil, palm oil, salt, lecithin (soy), natural flavors, lactic acid, vitamins (E, D2, A, B12), beta carotene (color).

It spreads like any other oil spread. It tastes like other brands. I can't tell it doesn't have all of the calories. I've used the spray, but the spread is easier to use on certain items. You can get a more consistent coverage. I'd buy this the next time I'm needing more.

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter is the best of them all. It works for cooking, baking, and as a spread. It is the best tasting margarine of them all. It can sit outside of the refrigerator for a while before it gets too soft. It spreads wonderfully on whatever your choice of bread is. I will continue to buy this.
