I like to spread it on bread. Lately I've been putting it on naan bread for extra flavor. Its taste does remind me of butter, but generally cheaper than real butter. I highly recommend!

I have been using I Can't Believe it's Not Butter for as long as I remember. I don't know why the formula has changed, but it is AWFUL. Not a single person in my four person household will so much as touch it. I guess Country Crock is going to be getting a lot more business… very disappointed.
