I find this buttery spread easy to spread and it doesn't tear up my bread like many other spreads. It's easy to transport as it comes in a nice plastic tub that keeps it sealed and fresh. It's rich in vitamins A, D, B12 and E. I trust I can't Believe it's not Butter to keep me and my family safe by providing a quality buttery spread. For baking, although it can be used, it won't perform exactly like butter—baked goods made with this spread tend to brown less and have slightly different textures because of its higher water and lower milk-fat content

Prepare for how delicious it is. I love it on fresh sour dough bread or French bread. I've cooked with it. I've sautéed shrimp and pan fried fish with it. I've even melted it over popcorn. We always have a tub in our fridge butter compartment. It truly tastes like butter.

The new flavor for I can't believe it's not butter it's absolutely disgusting. I thought I bought a bad “batch” and bought a new container — realized it was in fact changed. Will be going with another brand after 30+ years because of how gross the new taste is. It's extremely disappointed — if it's not broke, don't fix it.

The taste is smooth and buttery without being overpowering, and it melts really well. I used it to make butter chicken and brushed it on garlic naan, and it worked perfectly for both — rich flavor, great texture, and no weird aftertaste. It cooked beautifully and added that buttery finish I was looking for. I'll definitely be using this again in my kitchen.
