The new formulation has too much water-- it's very soft at room temperature, and it just leaves me with wet toast. It's easy to see that the company is saving money by mixing in more water.

After years and years of consuming your product, we will have to look for something else, as my husband absolutely does not like this new recipe. You can't change up a recipe and expect all the old customers to like it.

I had to write you about the new packaging. You must have changed your ingredients because the butter is now way too soft. I am so disappointed. I will be looking for a replacement. Almost watery!
