[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! All opinions expressed are my own and truthful. Overall I like this product. It has a good texture and consistency and is easy to use in a multitude of recipes. It is soft and very easy to spread right out of the refrigerator. I have used it to finish off spaghetti, an English muffin, and have used it in place of butter in various boxed products such as cakes, hamburger helper, and cookies. I have also used it when cooking vegetables in a pot. I would definitely recommend it as a lower calorie/fat option in any recipe that calls for butter or margarine. However, I did not like the flavor when it was by itself such as on the English muffin. Overall I would recommend this product.

I have used cbinb light for over 20 years. It was a mistake to change such a good product. It now tastes bad and is certainly no imitation for real butter. The consistency is so soft that a dab just slides off the knife. It does not melt well. I regret that I no longer will purchase this product.

I have been telling my husband that I don't like the new soft margarine. This morning, I found an original icbinb. I used the new product on half the English muffin and the original recipe on the other half. The new product doesn't melt very well, it's hard to keep on the knife because it's so soft and the good taste is gone. Not a fan of the new simple recipe.

I've been a loyal customer since the 90's, but I'm going to have to find a different spread. Frankly, this recipe just isn't palatable. Sure, maybe your trying to ride a wave of the "all-natural" and "simple" product movement but you've sacrificed the one of the most important things, taste! It also appears you've lost a lot of loyal customers in the process from looking at the other reviews. This new recipe tastes like cheap grocery store-brand margarine. It's unfortunate too, because I really liked your brand before the change. I often times payed full price for your product over your discounted/on-sale competitors, simply for the taste, spread ability, and quality. Sadly, our consumer relationship is finished.

I'm pleased to say i truly like it. It was a lot better than i expected. It gave me the same buttery taste i look for just a little lighter. I will be buying on my own once my sample finishes. My son loves it on raisin bread. I attached a picture.

I cant believe is not butter original spread is the best and the new package makes it very attractive. I really love it and yes we made the switch. Wennow use I cant believe its not butter in our house.

We Love "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"! We have used it since it first came out and weren't quite sure of the year! We also got my Brother's family hooked and can't wait to put some on my bagel right now. We use it for lunch and dinner, too. Thanks for making such a wonderful product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried this product last night in a recipe for Crock Pot Chicken & Dumplings - I have made the recipes hundreds of times using butter but the recipe was GREAT with the ICBINB product!! I used this product again this morning on my daughter's toast (she can ALWAYS tell if I change something) and she never said a word!!! Great - HEALTHY alternative!!!
