[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently we were given the opportunity to try the new "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spread. The first thing I noticed was the new container that it comes in. I really like the design and it was easy to open, and since I have arthritis in my hands this is a good thing. I really enjoyed how easy it was to cook with. I used it in a casserole and it tasted just as good as if I had made it with the butter I normally use. The next morning I tried it on my toasted english muffin. It was easy to spread and although it didn't melt as fast as my regular brand it did melt after letting it sit for a minute. I like the way it tasted but I think next time I will have to try the less salt version as I found the original a bit on the salty side for me but my husband thought it tasted just fine. I think it is just depends on whether you like salt or not. My tastes buds are sensitive to salt so I like very little. Overall I really liked the product. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. I received this product for free in exchange for my review but all opinions are 100% my own.

I really liked it very easy to spread and the taste is almost the same as butter to me. I would recommend this product as soon mine runs out I will be getting more :)

I have used ICBINB for years and years. You have changed it and it is still good when spread cold on bread or something. However, it doesn't seem to melt well even on toast. I tried it when making a side dish like Rice-A-Roni where you add to the boiling water and it would not fully melt. So now I have to purchase another brand for cooking and I refuse to purchase two different items, so I am no longer purchasing ICBINB. I am so sad about this!!

I've used ICBIN Butter ever since it first came on the market many, many years ago. I'll use it through out the day for meals & in recipes. I just made a batch of chocolate chip cookies yesterday using it. There are 3 chocoholics at my house. And we all deserved a special treat for the holidays! When i took the first tray of cookies out of the oven, my nephew couldn't even wait for them to cool off. He had to taste test 1, 2, or 3 of them right off the cooling rack! His lady friend also samped one off of the cooling rack. She pronounced them excellent! ICBINButter! elevates any recipe you use it in to gourmet status. I love using it in my yeasty buttery egg sweet dough.

I am sorry but this change does not please any members of my family, the taste is not at all pleaseing to any of us and I am afraid I will have to fine another brand to use instead of your new I Can't Believe its Butter because unfortunately there is a big difference. Not only does the new formula have more calories , more total fat,more saturated fat and more sodium , it doesn't taste as good and doesn't melt the same in a frying pan.I have found something Much less expensive and better tasting and will not buy ICBIB again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always used ICBINB and will continue. It tastes great on most toasted food and works great in place of butter in many sauces. I've even used it to baste steaks in the broiler. It also helped that I received this product for free.

We have used I Can't Believe It's not Butter for a long time. The last 3 cartons we purchased are soupy and the taste is not the same. As soon as it is out of the refrigerator it gets runny and spoils the wonderful taste it did have before you changed it. I think we will be looking for another brand next time we shop for margarine.

It was comparable to the brands i usually buy (Country Crock, Blue Bonnet, etc.). However, I'm not sure if it was just the stores I shop at or if this doesn't come in a larger tub. I much prefer to buy the large tubs because we use a lot!
