I have been a staunch supporter of this product my entire adult life. We always buy the "light" version. Love the taste and the way it responds cooking. I've tried others and found them kind of creepy when they won't melt. The new version of this product has left me so disappointed and I've only just opened the new packaging (don't like that either). The product is way softer, doesn't melt the same, and doesn't have the same butter flavor. New packaging is flimsy and awkward to open. Can't reuse it as Tupperware like the old tub. Butter is too soft and doesn't melt the way it used to. Taste is more bland than before. I like the previous slightly salty flavor. Tragically disappointed in a product I have never strayed from but might have to now. I really want the old stuff back!

The butter doesn't melt in the last 2 tubs of "light" I can't believe it's not butter" I have purchased! I have used this product for years and I don't know what you did recently to "improve" your product, but now the spread never melts so is disgusting. I will switch to another product until you resolve this issue.

I'm sorry to say that I am not crazy about the changes made to the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. On the very first day I used it (not even knowing the product had been changed - just thought the container was changed) I found it to be tasteless (no more buttery taste) and it doesn't melt! I know you made the changes to better the product but I think I will be shopping for a new product. Sorry

Is light 30% vegetable oil spread has good buttery taste . I use on daily basis. Taste just as good as real butter. Easy to spread and taste good. Easy to use it to bake , melted nice and easy. Smells good. They only have 60 calories per tablespoon, 70 % less saturated fat per serving compared to butter. Recommended it . Try it .

After years of using and loving I Can't Believe It Not Butter, all I can say is Boy, did you mess up when you changed the recipe. I bought my first carton of the new stuff in November 2014 and it will be my last. It is plain and simple nasty, leaves a oily greasy film in the mouth, very little taste and it doesn't even want to melt when put on a hot baked potato. (Sure doesn't taste like butter anymore... I will be looking for a new spread to replace it with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free sample of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter courtesy of Smiley360. I really liked the taste. The taste was light and smooth. I mainly used it when cooking breakfast. Nothing stuck to the pan. I didn't miss not using butter at all.

For years I have loved I Can't Believe It's Butter almost as much as real butter. I am so disappointed in your new product that I will no longer buy it and will find a new brand. The main reason I do not like this product is that it does not melt even on toast right out of the toaster or boiling hot vegetables. It has also lost it's good buttery flavor. In fact, it has very little flavor. What a disappointment!

We've been eating this for years and couldn't find it during the pandemic. Finally back in stock a couple months ago, but the last two I bought tasted sour. It's seriously inedible, and I had to throw them out. Had to give one star but it's really a zero, yuck.
