Just got mine yesterday and it was really easy to install. Am enjoying the oh so clean feeling. My first time to use one. They were really Johnny on the spot for shipping got it the same week and ordered it!

I received my bidet last week and my boyfriend and I think it is pretty cool.I wish there was a little bump on the nightlight button to use in the middle of the night.I also wish the dryer actually dried me off.

The product is just what I dreamed about, easy to install and easy to use. The feeling is fantastic. I don't believe the installation is so easy. I didn't even use a wrench but screwed the pipe bare-handed.

We don't know how we lived without this. We decided to go for this model and couldn't be happier with our purchase. It does all the things you want! Washes, dries, heats!

Purchased 2 of the SE400 bidet seats and can't say enough about how easier it was to install and how well they work. Those benefits, combined with an extremely reasonable price, makes for a great purchase.
