We like everything about the seat controls but the pressure, even on the lowest setting, is WAY too hard. That's the only feature that is inferior to our much more expensive Toto seat, but it's an important one.

This is my sixth Swash bidet seat, and it equals all the others. Obviously, I can't do without it. Not only does it keep me clean, but it also helps avoid rectal problems.

Just got mine yesterday and it was really easy to install. Am enjoying the oh so clean feeling. My first time to use one. They were really Johnny on the spot for shipping got it the same week and ordered it!
