[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a brand new Swash SE400 in January 2024 and after we installed and used for about 30 days. the water was leaking from bidet. We sent it back to Brondell to fix.

I love the days, but I have to give this one three stars because it keeps moving for me. It’s as tight as it can be, but it keeps moving back and because it doesn’t sit flat on the toilet seat if I put too much pressure on the side, it messes up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t imagine life without it now. We went through a lot of trouble to get this installed. Electrician had to come and install outlet but SO worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neighbor recommended Brondell. I was looking for a unique Christmas gift for my son. Well….he just loves it! It was easy for him to install and it works perfectly.

It was installed in 20 minutes. Oh I love this bidet, no more cold seat, nice features, I wish I had them before. My wife love it too. Thank you Brondell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Brondell line of bidets. This is my third one I've owned. I will be a lifelong customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swash SE400 is excellent, and is totally worth the money. We had to replace our toilet so decided to include this as an upgrade, and boy are we happy that we did.

I don’t know why I waited so long to buy this!! I didn’t know how affordable it was until COVID made me research bidets and found Brondell!! love it so much I bought one for each bathroom :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really pleased with this model so far. The only issue people should to pay attention to before buying it is the length and location of the power cord. Another 2' would be very helpful.
