Overwrap on packaging needs to be of heavier gauge plastic. Delivery carrier handling is aggressive and the plastic wrap around the bundle allows the boxes to shift and damage occurs.

Multi-pack of tissues were not shipped in a box. Sam's just placed a shipping label on the outside plastic packaging of the multi-pack and shipped it. Most of the tissue boxes were very damaged.

Normally, these are fine, but this round of boxes are fairly obnoxious & don’t go with anything other than a classroom or a kids room. They are feeling thinner as well.

These are a great bulk purchase! I saved $3.50 with their instant savings, so the price was good. I like that these tissues don't shed! I definitely recommend!

I've been buying these for a long time and the most recent ones were noticeably thinner. They don't even feel 2-ply. I'm sure they're trying to keep the price down with the cost of everything soaring. The boxes are idiotic and made for a kindergarten classroom, not a home. They could at least make the boxes look suitable for my bathroom.

IF this were the 3-ply, Ultra Soft Kleenex tissues, these WOULD be a decent value. But for me personally, these tissues aren't soft enough, thick enough, or durable enough to use regularly or buy in bulk. These would maybe work ok if I were a therapist (for example) & needed to put out a cheap box of tissues for clients to use. But they irritate the sensitive area underneath my nose far too easily, and I have to use at least 2 at a time to blow my nose, making them a bad value. A few years ago, Sam's used to offer the Kleenex ultra soft in the rectangular boxes. Now you can only purchase them at Sam's in the cubes, but there are about half the number of tissues in the cubes per box no longer offers the Ultra Soft in the rectangular boxes anymore

These boxes are not bathroom appropriate, which is where I keep Kleenex. One has cooking utensils (yuck, for a bathroom), the other pink flamingos (I’m not 20 years old and my bathroom is age-appropriate, not pink). I ordered on-line and this is what I received. Would have never selected in the store. Come on Sam’s Club and Kleenex, you can do better.

I usually like the name brand tissues but sometimes the lint particles get up in my sinuses and kind of choke me into a coughing frenzy. Some batches are worse then others. And I cannot use lotion Kleenex do to scent allergies. I try to shake them out before I use one and breath out as I blow into it and definitely don’t breath in through my nose during use, only exhale to avoid sucking in the particles into my sinuses (breath in through mouth to be able to blow out again through my nose). If you are in the sunlight when you take a tissue out of the box the lint dust particles that hit the air are unbelievable. Other than that they are soft enough but not too soft.

I've always bought Kleenex tissue's but I think I'll have to change my brand or shop elsewhere. The clear plastic opening that you pull the tissues thru are not sealed to the box. So when the tissues get low, the tissue doesn't stick out of the box anymore because the plastic protector doesn't hold them up in the opening. Just like everything else in this country, the price went up and the quality went down. Whatever happened to quality control? It went out the window with everything else. Now I have to gather up these boxes of tissues and lug them back to the store and stand in line at customer service for god knows how long.

The quality that you would usually expect from Kleenex brand, it's long gone! The cheap cardboard of each box is flimsy at best. They use a ton of glue just to hold the boxes together, so when it's time to recycle them, it's a struggle to pull them apart and flatten them. Cereal boxes have better cardboard!! As for the tissues, don't expect to pull out just one at a time, unless you use two hands! Pull one and you'll get six or more stuck to it, but that's their ploy to sell more product!! It's called waste! Won't buy this brand ever again! And don't bother replying with a request for ME to call YOU!! The facts are right in front of you!! Just fix the problem!!( trust me, they won't bother!!)
