The machine that cuts the tissue was having a bad day. When I pulled a tissue out I look like a magician pulling an endless handkerchief out of pocket. Stuff happens. One more thing, when you have less than 1/3 of box left the last tissue falls back in. Box needs improvement.

I go through a lot of tissues and have purchased many of these 12 box bundles in the past. Recently, I purchased two 12 box bundles in store and when I opened them up, they had a very strong chemical smell- it was so bad I ended up throwing them all away. I then ordered one 12 box bundle online for delivery hoping that it would come from a different lot or shipment and not smell, but sure enough, I opened up the first box and it was the same very strong, harsh smell. They are unusable. I believe that whatever the cause of the smell is, it happened at the manufacturer, not while in storage as the boxes are sealed in plastic.
