I switched from Member's Mark tissues to Kleenex brand at Sam's because they put off an incredible amount of lint. I haven't had this problem with Kleenex. Don't mind paying a bit more

Kleenex is a classic - and for good reason. It is a reliably good product. It is clearly superior to the new and regrettably deteriorated Members Mark competitor. It's worth spending a little more.

I stopped using Kleenex brand years ago because it was always so harsh and shredded if I forgot some in a pocket when washing. This was on sale and thought I'd give it a try. I was very surprised at how much it has improved, and will definitely buy it again.

Prefer Puffs for strength and softness, but these are just as strong, just not as soft. Since I’m not a fan of cubes, I got the Kleenex. Wish Sam’s still carried Puffs in the rectangular box.

Bought these because they in a sale flyer. Some in our family are perfectly fine with these. I'm used to Puffs Plus, which are thicker and only need to use one. So now I buy at Walmart. Sam's used to carry Puffs Plus in the large rectangular box but haven't for quite some time (hint...hint). But other members of the family will buy these.

Some of the tissues come out of the box as torn and sheets that are too thin. They are very fragile and will come apart. Just rubbing your face or another spot. Poor quality.

Each box has lots of unwanted fluff between tissues. Can't believe this made it through their quality control! While it's nice to have soft tissues, I don't appreciate the flying fluff when I pull a tissue out.

Multiple tissues pull out instead of just one at a time. It’s frustrating and wasteful. I’ve switched to members mark brand because of this for the last few months. I’m trying Kleenex brand again for the softness. Hope the tissues pull out singly and it was a manufacture error.

I would appreciate any insights into how this unauthorized order was able to be processed and what specific measures are currently in place to prevent similar incidents in the future. It's important for me to understand how my account was compromised and how Sam's Club secures their transactions to protect customers like myself.

The design on the trusted care Kleenex boxes is not a good design with gaudy florals and fruits and bright colors The boxes should blend into the area they are in and should be simple neutral colors I have been purchasing Kleenex brand for many years and am trying out other brands with better looking boxes to see if the tissue itself is acceptable
