Boxes are smaller than they used to be

I needed Kleenex. Right amount for the right price.

Great kleenex pack, quality, affordable

Kleenex are consistently my first choice if I can find a good price. They are strong and soft.

Normally, these are fine, but this round of boxes are fairly obnoxious & don’t go with anything other than a classroom or a kids room. They are feeling thinner as well.

Multi-pack of tissues were not shipped in a box. Sam's just placed a shipping label on the outside plastic packaging of the multi-pack and shipped it. Most of the tissue boxes were very damaged.

I just believe if you once use Kleenex you will definitely buy them soft and u can usually always find one in your pocket . The price seemed kinda high when we picked up groceries last visit

The Kleenex brand is fine…the problem was it was delivered in the same packaging as when you purchase in person at Sam’s. Seven out of the 12 boxes were either crumpled or opened on the end from the way it was handled. Never had this happen before…please go back to putting it in a box.

This is the second time we have bought these tissues. Both times the boxes are not put together correctly. The plastic strip at the top of the boxes comes loose, and comes off, and the tissues fall to the bottom of the box, and it's very difficult to get the tissues out. I will not buy this brand again. I will go back to buying the Sam's club brand.
