Great price when on Instant Savings. Great product. 12 boxes last a long time. Very much dislike the tacky, overly colorful boxes that don't match my decor.

I purchase the one in the first picture in this website and it says 2 ply and it IS NOT unless you take two tissues at a time. If not you will have it in your hands. Highly dissatisfied with this brand of tissue. Always bought this brand but I guess I will have to try another brand!

Kleenex. Excellent product and great value

Kleenex arrived with a smell of diesel fuel. Because I had a cold, I wasn't sure. Then the 2nd box smelled also. I mentioned it to my wife - she had thought it was just her. But no, the Kleenex stink. Boxes are intact, look good, but obviously sat directly in someone's exhaust. I contacted Sams Club, and after a long wait (chat - I started out 80th in line) the representative finally did a refund. It required me finding my order number and telling him multiple times that it was the Kleenex - he kept asking if it was (pick another item from the order). My impression is that he was handling multiple customers and problems and so I did a screenshot of his promised refund.

This is my goto brand since forever. I dare not buy another brand like members mark even though it’s cheaper since I don’t know how soft it is compared to Kleenex. If I don’t like the product then I still have to finish the whole bulk of tissues unless Sams allow me to return the rest. The reason I’ll always buy Kleenex is because it’s soft and fluffy.
