I have been a resident of Texas for more than twenty years, but this morning I was alarmed to discover that a curbside pickup order consisting of 45 items had been placed under my name at a Sam's Club location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This order was made using my Sam's Club account, which I had no knowledge of. In response to this troubling situation, I have already initiated a case with Sam's Club to investigate how this breach of my account occurred, considering that the store typically requires an identification check to collect orders. I would appreciate any insights into how this unauthorized order was able to be processed and what specific measures are currently in place to prevent similar incidents in the future. It’s important for me to understand how my account was compromised and how Sam's Club secures their transactions to protect customers like myself.

I’ve used and loved Kleenex tissues for many years, but this current batch has been very disappointing. Since around the COVID timeframe, something seems to have changed. The tissues now feel rough on my skin—definitely not what I would expect from a brand known for softness. Additionally, it’s difficult to pull out a single tissue without it tearing or separating into a single ply instead of two. I’ve even had to remove them from the box and place them in a separate holder just to use them properly. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I’ll be trying a different brand moving forward.

Tissue dust horrible! 3rd time this happened!! MIGHT HAVE TO STOP BUYING THESE!!!!!!!!!

See pictures. i came home from work this morning to a bent up looks like it has been run over package. I cannot believe the driver left this package. I was going to return it but it says I can't return it online. Sams, The delivery company someone needs to fix this issue. I live 45 min from Sam's, thats why i order online in thw first place. I could not find a way to file a complant through Sam's.

Overall, this brand seems to have cut corners and quality control is horrible. When pulling out tissue, a bunch of tissue"lint" pulls out and goes everywhere... all over the floor, your clothes, etc.

There have been quality problems with the last two packages of Kleenex we bought. Some of the package ends are not glued shut but, more annoyingly, on every single box, the plastic liner comes out with the first Kleenex pulled. Without the liner, the kleenex don't come out one at a time. It's just too frustrating. We have decided to switch two Members Mark.

I just believe if you once use Kleenex you will definitely buy them soft and u can usually always find one in your pocket . The price seemed kinda high when we picked up groceries last visit

We go through a TON of kleenex in our house. This is the only way I'll buy them. Just wish I could buy more than 2 packages during the time they are on sale.

These are thin and scratchy. Not like the Trusted Care everyday clean Kleenex I have purchased in the past at other stores. Don't know if Kleenex has changed this product or if they just put cheaper tissues in the bulk packaging they supply to Sam's Club. Won't buy them again. Awful!!

Multiple tissues pull out instead of just one at a time. It’s frustrating and wasteful. I’ve switched to members mark brand because of this for the last few months. I’m trying Kleenex brand again for the softness. Hope the tissues pull out singly and it was a manufacture error.
