I use a lot of Kleenex as I have severe allergies. I went to my closest Sam's to buy a ccase with the Instant Savings & found no Kleenex brand. Thankfully I have a Plus membership & was able to order them to be delivered. I'm upset that Sam's is moving more to their brands & away from name brands.

Not the Kleenex of old. Smaller in dimensions, less bulk, less sturdy, overall a giant letdown. What used to be the best of its kind in the market is now a huge waste of money. So thin you could read a book through each sheet. Will never buy this product again.

how does one really rate facial tissues? For the most part, tissues are tissues, although some tout special additives or stronger strength, they are still pretty much the same. Kleenex seem to be a little softer than some other brands and do what they are supposed to do, catch snot. Kleenex are a good product at a fair price.

Also..part of the same delivery which came unboxed! Packaging was absolutely filthy! Once outer wrapping of cases were removed (outside...as to not drag all the dirt into my house) "most" boxes were crushed and broken open! Very disappointed in this particular delivery...as I've never had this experience prior

These are my go to tissues. I have allergies and go through A LOT of tissues! These are soft, yet strong. These do not irritate or make my nose raw. The two ply thickness is the best for me. Other brands are too thick, harsh, or oily (unwanted lotion).

Just like everything else post covid. Your tissues are so thin they cannot handle a simple sinus nose blow. It would definitely take 2-3 to handle a cold or the flu! You are forcing your brand loyal customers to search elsewhere. These tissues feel like store brand tissues. They are rough, thin %26 flimsy!! I'm willing to pay more just so I won't have to use a diaper wipe AFTER every simple nose blow. A package of 12 long boxes from Sam's doesn't last 3 months!!! I'm spending more on tissue than toilet paper!!! Time to change brands....

There have been quality problems with the last two packages of Kleenex we bought. Some of the package ends are not glued shut but, more annoyingly, on every single box, the plastic liner comes out with the first Kleenex pulled. Without the liner, the kleenex don't come out one at a time. It's just too frustrating. We have decided to switch two Members Mark.

I usually like the name brand tissues but sometimes the lint particles get up in my sinuses and kind of choke me into a coughing frenzy. Some batches are worse then others. And I cannot use lotion Kleenex do to scent allergies. I try to shake them out before I use one and breath out as I blow into it and definitely don’t breath in through my nose during use, only exhale to avoid sucking in the particles into my sinuses (breath in through mouth to be able to blow out again through my nose). If you are in the sunlight when you take a tissue out of the box the lint dust particles that hit the air are unbelievable. Other than that they are soft enough but not too soft.

Used to buy all the time when there was instant savings. Two of the last few purchases defective. One shipment nearly all of the individual boxes were coming apart and had to tape or glue back together. Last shipment all of the boxes plastic tissue guide pulled loose and you had to dig for the tissues and made the box very messy looking. Plus ugly design on boxes. Probably will not buy in bulk again.

I like the Kleenex brand. With my allergies I can use this brand. Other brands make my nose run.
