These arrived in the same thin plastic sheet packaging that they are in on the shelf at the store. But NO box. Nothing to keep the several of the kleenex boxes from being damaged in shipping.

I wonder if these tissues do not pass quality requirements for sale at regular stores because most are stuck together. You get several tissues at once instead of one. . Frustrating but will do for the price.

In every box, the tissues were all stuck together and we had to pull them all apart…I think the machine that cuts them must have had a dull blade.This is the first time I have had this happen. Other than that I would give them 5 stars

I ordered because I trust this brand and am having difficulty finding it on store shelves. Unfortunately, it came with the boxes only wrapped in plastic together so some of the boxes were damaged

Overwrap on packaging needs to be of heavier gauge plastic. Delivery carrier handling is aggressive and the plastic wrap around the bundle allows the boxes to shift and damage occurs.

Not what they used to be...Every box I opened and pulled out the first tissue 5-10 more came with it...so unacceptable to me...otherwise boxes where nice and decorative .

Just like everything else post covid. Your tissues are so thin they cannot handle a simple sinus nose blow. It would definitely take 2-3 to handle a cold or the flu! You are forcing your brand loyal customers to search elsewhere. These tissues feel like store brand tissues. They are rough, thin %26 flimsy!! I'm willing to pay more just so I won't have to use a diaper wipe AFTER every simple nose blow. A package of 12 long boxes from Sam's doesn't last 3 months!!! I'm spending more on tissue than toilet paper!!! Time to change brands....

My feedback is on delivery. Half the boxes were crushed upon delivery. Two of them to the point of being open. Kleenex is one of our favorite brands, no issues with the brand. Shipping in cheap, collapsbile boxes led to me having to toss two of the boxes and four other ones being mangled.

Good product and nice variety of box designs/colors. I like the Members Mark brand just as much, if not more, but I get tired of the same colors/designs on the boxes, so I pay more occasionally for Kleenex brand. I prefer the rectangular box (vs square) design of tissues b/c they hold more Kleenex and I don't have to replace boxes as often.

They need new machinery… I don’t know what Kleenexes problem has been over the last decade but their tissues Aren’t as wide as they used to be. Their folding machines are also so screwed up that there are crinkles in just about one of their tissues these days. They charge more for smaller tissues that you have to unfold to blow your nose, lol. They get two stars and are below average because their quality has slipped.
