This is the second time we have bought these tissues. Both times the boxes are not put together correctly. The plastic strip at the top of the boxes comes loose, and comes off, and the tissues fall to the bottom of the box, and it's very difficult to get the tissues out. I will not buy this brand again. I will go back to buying the Sam's club brand.

The product is great- I chose shipping and they decided to have someone drive it to me instead. That would have been fine if they actually delivered it to my house. They left 2 large white poly bags with my orders in them out at the road by my mailbox (1/4 mile from my house) and the bags were not even addressed. Totally unacceptable!! Anyone could have come along and taken them. I have a long driveway, but that is no excuse!

Kleenex arrived with a smell of diesel fuel. Because I had a cold, I wasn't sure. Then the 2nd box smelled also. I mentioned it to my wife - she had thought it was just her. But no, the Kleenex stink. Boxes are intact, look good, but obviously sat directly in someone's exhaust. I contacted Sams Club, and after a long wait (chat - I started out 80th in line) the representative finally did a refund. It required me finding my order number and telling him multiple times that it was the Kleenex - he kept asking if it was (pick another item from the order). My impression is that he was handling multiple customers and problems and so I did a screenshot of his promised refund.

The machine that cuts the tissue was having a bad day. When I pulled a tissue out I look like a magician pulling an endless handkerchief out of pocket. Stuff happens. One more thing, when you have less than 1/3 of box left the last tissue falls back in. Box needs improvement.

These tissues do not pull from the box properly. Instead of getting 1-2, you end up with 9-10. You could easily pull out the whole box. I have contacted Kimberly Clark about this issue. I hope Sam’s Club (Clarksville, IN 47129) will work to resolve this issue, also.

The kleenex is great. However how they were package for shipment was not. Kleenex wrapped the 12 boxes together in clear plastic, great. Sams Club just shipped them like that, they did not put them in a shipping box. When received i had to tape 4 of the kleenex boxes back together....a kleenex box is NOT strong enough to handle being shipped without a shipping box to protect them.

This is an economical way to insure the home supply stays adequate.
