I like Kleenex better than any other brands. I gave it a 4 because the box designs are horrific.

Overall, is not that bad; however, it could be a bit softer.

Boxes get smaller and there are partial tissues, one-layer, half-size tissues, and two-stuck together tissues.

3/4 of the boxes came crushed or the tops were split open because they were not delivered inside a cardboard box.
