I appreciate the better quality of using toner rather than an inkjet printer. I enjoy the ease of loading the new toner cartridges. The significant drawback is that I don't think I have printed 3000 pages per toner cartridge and most of my printing is written word that does not consume as much ink per page as, say, graphics or images would. If I were being asked to rate my Brother Printer I would give it 5*****.

I work from home and use my printer numerous times per day. I am very familiar with how much paper I am loading and how often I need to replace the toner cartridges. I have been a great fan of Brother products for several years and overall have been happy with their machines and accessory performance. However, with no change in the coverage in what I am printing, lately my toner is requiring replacement when not even half of the stated paper count has been used. Considering the very high cost of these cartridges (on their own and versus competitive products) I find this decline to be totally unacceptable. I had been willing to pay more for the "high yield" cartridge when I thought I was getting extra value, but now will be considering the purchase of a competitive product for which my costs will be more in line with promises and expectations.

If you are sick and tired of changing cartridges every couple of months, then get the Brother printer compatible with this ink, and you will have carefree uninterrupted copies for approximately 3000 sheets. It's just amazing. The only drawback: this is black and white only, no color, but for my purposes, perfect.

We have a small income tax and accounting office and have used Brother products for over 15 years. This year we needed to get a faster printer/copier so we upgraded to the MFC-L2750DWXL. The speed was and is very good, HOWEVER, our toner costs have skyrocketed. We were used to the TN650 with 8000 pages capacity and now the TN760 is only 3000 and its the same cost. We are sorry we have switched so we will be going back to the HL-5370 and DCP-8480 we have in storage. Anyone want to buy my 2750;s?

We were surprised that the toner didn't last long. We didn't print over 500 pages. My dad bought the printer a few months ago, I don't know if he bought the cartridge separately or it came with the printer, but we thought maybe it's because it's the first cartridge. The quality was still excellent when the toner message came on, and we couldn't print anymore. So if we didn't have a backup toner cartridge, we would have been stuck until we got one. There should be an option to print inferiorly, especially in case of "emergencies". I hope this short toner cartridge life isn't the norm, but seeing all these reviews saying the same thing, it looks like it is. I think brother should look at making products that are more flexible to use and to fix. Let's not contribute to a throw-away world. We had to get rid of our last brother printer because there was no way to fix it. It still worked and printed, it was just splotchy. To buy a new part would have cost more than the printer.

I don't use my printer as often as most people, so each cartridge lasts a couple of years. It doesn't seem to age out over time, but works well from beginning to end. Also it was easy to install the replacement cartridge, which had been on my study shelf for all of that time.

I used to get so much mire from a cartridge of toner from brother. Now It barely lasts a month! No way it lasts for 1,000 pages of text. I am not printing out images. I think brother must have reduced the amount of toner in the cartridge so we have to buy it much more often. Too exoensive!

I have a couple Brother printers here in the office that use this TN-760 cartridge and they consistently exceed the estimated page count. I've had the same experience with previous models including the one I've had at home for the last 6 years. YMMV, if you are printing something other than text documents with bar codes and engineering drawings. I can project a budget and meet it every time plus I can send the empty cartridge back to be recycled.

Your instructions are just pictures which really did not help in inserting your product. It’s amazing that there is no instruction writings on the page to explain how to insert the product. They could easily be in English and Spanish and that covers probably 90% of the people you’re sending this product to. it was very difficult by just using your pictures. Please change that picture explanation to include English. Exclamation of how you insert the product.

You no longer provide the address return label for Brother toner cartridges and require logging in to the site and providing information. After trying repeatedly to login in to the registration site without success, I am at the point where I will NOT EVER AGAIN buy a Brother product, as much as I like those that I have had/currently have. Creating barriers to recycling will hopefully be a poor and costly business decision for you!!!
