You no longer provide the address return label for Brother toner cartridges and require logging in to the site and providing information. After trying repeatedly to login in to the registration site without success, I am at the point where I will NOT EVER AGAIN buy a Brother product, as much as I like those that I have had/currently have. Creating barriers to recycling will hopefully be a poor and costly business decision for you!!!

I bought my Brother 2 1/2 years ago. Have been using it from home a lot more since the COVID thing. I have gone through 4 cartridges since I bought it. Fax don't work worth a crat but scan and copy work well. Paper yield isn't as bad as some customers are complaining, maybe it's a quality control issue at the factory! I got a good one and as much as I use it I hope it never breaks, but if it does, I'll go out and but the exact same thing again, minus the fax. You would think they would have some sort of price discount for repeat buyers of their cartridges

I just purchased the 760 cartridge and installed it; however I keep getting an error message to replace the toner cartridge. The printer is worthless now.

Pages show good quality blacks. However, cartridges do not favorably compare with HP toner cartridges that typically lasted for 2000+ pages. Results are still pending depending on just how many pages one cartridge will support

I print pages using the below set up; -Save a toner - 300 dpi -no graphics I have printed only 1300 pages, and I have to change it. The toner is expensive does not last. I made a mistake by buying this printer

I was wondering I have been using my brother printer for over a year now with no real complaints, however I was wondering if there was a color toner for L2717DW PRINTER.

The cartridge works fine and replacement was easy. My only qualm was that I had to print a return shipping label for the old cartridge. Most cartridge manufacturers include one in the box.

I really love the printer portion, I am having problems with the scanner though with a streak running down the length of the paper. I did what the suggestions said but it is still there.

3,000 Pages does not come from this cartridge. We've changed cartridges on 8/10/20, 10/5/20 & 11/6/20 although vendors we normally do business with, was not working due to the pandemic.
