[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the washer 6 weeks ago and are still learning of all the features on the machine. Clothes are Clean and if I am out in the yard, It tells me that my clothes are done and ready for the dryer via WiFi!

This is my first LG appliance, purchased online, LG had free installation free delivery and free haul away. Order on a Monday and it came on Wednesday. The 3 gentleman that came to my house were very curious and professional. They took extra care not to scratch my washer by wrapping it in blanket. They installed my washer making sure there was no leaks and even gave it a “test rinse” cycle just to make sure. The washer itself is noticeably more quiet than my 10 year old Samsung washer that it replaced, and the wash cycles are faster too resulting in using less energy. I highly recommend this washer and the great service that LG provided.

It has the same footprint as our other washer, but seems twice as big. It's quiet, washes very well, intuitive controls, what more could you ask for? I'm not using the Wi-Fi app, so no comment on that. But very happy that we bought this washer.

I washed a few things and the time I realized it, it was already done. Permanent press cycle was done in no time. I wish I had it sooner but now that I have a new machine, doing laundry is a breeze.

Our old washer left residue, but the clothes actually come out clean with this one. The spin cycle also works well and clothes come out less wet. Only drawbacks are the door swings the wrong way for our setup (washer on right of dryer), and the new appliance smell is a bit strong.

The different cycle options are great and I even like the high-tech sound it makes; not the old-fashioned sound of water splashing and clothes being spun around. If it lasts as long as I expect it to it would be the best washer I have ever owned!

I am on my third of stackable washer and dryer. I’m kind of a crazy laundry person. I like to always be caught up. I am in love with this set. They are so fast and I love all the options. I can get everything washed so much quicker!! I’ve been just looking for more things to wash! Things have never been so clean! And it’s a good looking set.

I like it but it vibrates some even though it is level and balanced. I am not sure if that is normal. It was spinning on High not extra high. I like the way it cleans. The washer says the rinses are all cold yet on one of the cycles when the washer is done the clothes feel warm so for that cycle it is not rinsing in cold. While spinning on turbo it makes a weird noise. I have to say there are many cycles I have not tried yet.
