The washer and dryer set has a design flaw that you cannot see until the units are installed. The black touch pad is not backlit - so the majority of the words printed on the touch pad are difficult to read without the assistance of a flashlight.... if you don't have a brightly lit laundry area.

My LG Washing Machine - although I was skeptical at first - was the BEST investment of my life. Low water usage - Low Power Consumption - I thought the OLD Auger driven machines (May Tag washer) was better - but after using for nearly 2 months - it's MUCH better. Clothes are CLEANER than the AUGER machine / not damaged too - it takes longer with the time to clean with new technology and approach - but I would NEVER part with this LG product washing machine.

The spin cycle knots all of the clothes into one big knot. All of my clothes get completely stretched out. LP’s warranty is useless. They say it sounds like there is nothing to repair pick a different cycle. I am already using the delicate cycle. Horrible product and support.

I feel by far this is the best purchase I have made when it comes to laundry appliances... I have had so many problems the past 2 years buying 3 washers total I was scared to by this one but I'm so happy I did ...

Poor quality Is good machine but the rubber around door Is poor quality I replaced already Even 2 one is getting bad And machine start leaking water I don’t recommend it

I love my new washer and dryer. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the "manual" is not helpful on how to change some of the settings. A good video should be designed to help a new owner. Changing temperatures is not intuitive and the written manual... which you have to print if you want it in hand, is of little use. LG needs to get someone to write the manual who is clear on what to do at each step of the washing... giving all options and how to change them.

Also love the wifi option so I know when it gets done. Overall love the washer. Will more than likely buy the matching dryer when current one needs replaced.

It has fabrics sensor and turbo wash technology. My big loads are finished in less than 30 mins. The design of these washer and dryers are simply elegant.
