Once again tender and juicy ribs. This time we par cooked them on the grill and put them in a roasting bag in the oven for a couple of hours. Yum!

I think it was a little expensive considering how much fat I had to trim and throw away. That said the meat tastes great.

I had never bought this product before this time and we are going to use for Xmas so probably could answer this then but price seems good but I had to have the butcher to cut it in half and hope when I cook the other half it will still be as good as the one at xmas

Cut it into 16 even steaks and they came out great.
