Once again tender and juicy ribs. This time we par cooked them on the grill and put them in a roasting bag in the oven for a couple of hours. Yum!

Cut this into steaks. Some of the best, most tender steaks I have had in a long time. Price is too high though which is the reason for only 4 stars.

The flavor is very good, but the meat is incredibly tough. I cut a piece of the spinalis off of the chuck end of the roast, and pan seared it to 115°. Carryover cooking brought it up to 120°. Despite the visual marbling and not overcooking, it was tasty shoe leather. I turned the rest into hamburger.

I have recently bought prime rib roasts from 2 other local stores, one meat market $13.99 and super market bone in $10.99. While these came pre-seasoned and tasted good, I followed a Facebook recipe and it by far was the best so far.

My husband and I bought this for our carnivore diet, and it was delicious! I saw people complaining about the amount of fat on the meat, but the fat gives the steak flavor. It's definitely worth the price!

My so called whole ribeye was 14.79lbs The 4/5 lb chuck end of the ribeye, the best part was removed leaving me with a cut that quickly turned into mediocre strip steaks.

We have bought the whole ribeye 3 times, and cut it our selves. I'm addicted to the taste and the flavor of this meat. Its really amazing!! Time to go get another one..
