we started to get error codes, all related to drainage, after about 1 week of use. on two occasions the dishwasher emptied its contents onto the floor. the samsung engineer due to fix it never made contact despite us chasing them. so we arranged for a replacement. we have had the replacement for 2 weeks. we have started getting error codes and again the dishwasher dumped its contents onto the floor. twice. a little research shows i'm not the only one to experience these problems. it'll be replaced by dishwasher from another manufacturer.

i have had this dishwasher for 6 months now. every time i use it since the first day it was installed, i have to use the heavy mode to remotely get my dishes cleaned. the top rack doesn't stay pulled out to put dishes in. i have to keep pulling it back out after each dish i put in. the third rack doesn't clean my utensils at all! they dont fit in the silverware bins even with the top rack raised all the way up. and when i raise the top rack up with bowls or small plates, they get stuck to the 3rd rack. the black "stainless steel" doesn't clean well with stainless steel cleaner, it is always smudged. i wish i would have went with another brand, but i also bought the fridge and the microwave to match. i guess that's what happens when a deal is too good to be true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my title has suggested this is the most impressive dishwasher I have ever personally used. There are 3 racks, one for cutlery and spatulas, one for glasses and bowls and one for large items at the bottom. Each rack features a customized lever where you can adjust the width for your dishes as well as a soft close function. The dishwasher is seriously quiet, i cannot tell it's on, im only aware of the time remaining because of the digital countdown on the face of the unit. The settings works well, are seamlessly integrated and allow for heavy wash settings. I think this is a quality machine that out performs much more expensive units on the market.

It has taken a little bit to figure out the best settings and our current every day plates (11 1/4 inches) make it hard to leverage all three tray features. The strangest thing about the dishwasher is that it automatically opens when the cycle is complete on normal setting. Maybe this is normal today but I was surprised when it happen to me the first time. this feature also makes the door a little harder to lay flat when loading the lower basket. If you are not familiar with Samsung's Smart Thing App , which we were from other appliances you should review to make sure it meets your need. As the appliances will go offline when not in use. Which is a safety feature that I approve of.. We really do like the dishwasher and recommend it. I just included the items that I wish I knew before selecting a dishwasher. 4 out of 5 because I believe that the marketing (plate size,door technology etc) and user manual information can be updated.

I went from a white dishwasher to this Tuscan Stainless Steel unit. In person, the color is not as red, which ended up being a big plus because it blends in with my floors, rugs, and counters. The top control pad is something that I have been looking for quite some time. This unit also has a very minimalist design, which I LOVE. Looking at it is soothing. -Design - Interior: Regarding the actual area where the cleaning takes place, the top silverware/small items tray is what I have wanted for a long time. I no longer have to figure out how to place odd shaped or small lids and containers just right so that they do not fall down to the tub. The one-touch adjustable tines and racks make for a seemingly infinite number of adjustments to fit all the dishes. -Features: 1) AutoRelease Door Dry - The door pops open after washing to help speed up drying. AMAZING! 2) 39 decibels!!!!! In my house, unless you are actively listening for the dishwasher, you do not realize it is running. 3) Linear Wash is a game changer in the dishwasher world. I purposely did not rinse dishes before putting them in just to see how well it would clean. The results were akin to hand-washing, perfect! 4) Hidden front display, in the grey band, that shows the remaining wash time. 5) Speed Booster - Wash with the same efficiency, just faster! 6) WiFi Connectivity - Remotely monitor and control the dishwasher. Fantastic for the times I have to do multiple loads or forget to start it before leaving for work. CONS --Design - Exterior: 1) Despite being the same dimensions as my previous unit, this one does not go all the way back and sticks out. 2) Power cord location. one the front of the unit instead of the back. Thankfully it was just long enough to reach the outlet. 3) Adjustment controls are plastic, would have preferred nylon coated stainless I have to say that I am MOST impressed with this new dishwasher. I had high expectations for it and it exceeded them. The next test will be longevity. Here is too getting at least 10 years out of it.

Dishwasher worked great for 6 months. Then the waterwall arm became detached. Easy enough to reattach it as it just snapped on in the back of the dishwasher track. For the next few months, it popped off a couple times and we just popped it back on. Annoying but manageable. Now 18 months into owning the dishwasher, past the 12-month warranty, waterwall arm becomes detached in the first 10 minutes of the cycle and dishes do not get clean. Scheduling a repair online estimates the repair at around $400 and wants to put a hold on my credit card for that amount. That is over half the price I paid for the dishwasher originally. This should not happening after 18 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased a Samsung kitchen appliance package back in Nov or Dec of last year, 2019. I love the sleek lines, how quiet the wash cycle is but unfortunately this model doesn't clean nearly as well as it should. I should of gone with a different model. A friend had said the same thing and I should of listened. I have a good mind to contact the manufacturer.
