[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 17+ year old Samsung dishwasher that was still working but we wanted to update! Wow is what I have to say about this dishwasher! Wish I had purchased it sooner. It is super quiet and you can hardly tell it is even running. Plus I like how the door pops open before the cycle ends to let out the remaining heat. If you have been on the fence about buying this dishwasher, Do yourself a big favor and just BUY it now!

i will never by another samsung appliance. i bought all 6 of my samsung appliances at the same time. this is the second appliance that has needed service in less than 1 year. this dishwasher was installed less then a year ago but since it was purchased in september for new construction it is already out of warrenty and now i have to pay for repair. obviously it is only going to be a matter of time before my other 4 appliances are going to have costly repairs. apparently paying for premium appliances doesn’t mean quality appliances.

First issue that we encountered was the auto release of door for drying and which did not open after cycle (Applying silicon lubricant worked). Second issue was the 3C error code (Drainage error). The drain looked good but keep getting the error code. Wish the product worked in all aspects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher ever! We have the dishwasher for couple of months now, but all I can say is WOW! Best dishwasher I have ever seen/ had! My husband did the research, and came to conclusion, that this model should suit best our needs and budget. I went along with the choice and was curious how would the product behave and how would be it's performance. I approached the new appliance with caution, but open mind. However, after first few uses, I was blown away with it's performance. Amazing! My husband was looking for a quiet machine. First time we turned it on, I had to double check I actually turned it on, because it was so quiet. The design of the appliance is great, stainless steel in and out looks great. Touch buttons are an excellent feature, they don't collect any residual dirt. Keeping the dishwasher clean and neat is a matter of a quick wipe over. Sensors will always let you know when it's time to perform a self clean, or if your jet dry is running low. The inside space is great for pots and pans. I didn't care much for the top third rack designed for cutlery; I prefer to use the baskets. However, I still use the top rack, occasionally, for lids, some kids' toys, or other small things. I like the wash cycle options, they are great. What made me absolutely love this dishwasher was a fact that it made my tea cup spotless! I'm a tea drinker, all day long. Used one mug for a whole day, then put it in the dishwasher without rinsing, or scrubbing off the tea stains first. Never ever in my life have I seen a dishwasher wash the mug spotless! This machine did it! It truly works great! My husband said that some people were complaining in the reviews, that this appliance doesn't have the drying function. I didn't think much of it; didn't know if it is going to be annoying or not. However, I honestly don't think it's necessary. Once the cycle is finished, the door opens automatically and the excess steam escapes, leaving the dishes dry. In my opinion, it performs just as great as if you would have the drying function. I would not get discouraged by this. The design and functionality of this appliance is honestly great. Dishes will be dry, but you will still have a little bit of water (few drops, not a little puddle) at the top of the cups left, just like any other dishwasher. Also, people have been complaining that the singing melodies, when you touch the buttons, are annoying. Well, after a few uses, yes, it does get annoying. However, there is a quick fix for it. You can silence the machine. Problem solved. The dishwasher comes pre-set to 4, in how much of jet dry it uses. In my opinion, in that setting, it was using the rinse liquid too fast, without any particular benefits to it. I chaged the setting to 2. I believe that's an optimal number. Maybe 1 could do as well, but I would have to try that one yet.

Love that it has 3 drawers and one is adjustable depending on the dishes you have to put in. Best purchase ever.

Not easy to program as boost and bottom shelf only is in the same area and instructions don't tell you which one to touch for bottom shelf cleaning only. I have hard water and the bottom of the stainless steel inside gets a white finish after washing dishes and it starts to stink bad. The outside of the stainless steel is so flimsy it keeps getting dent marks when washing my kitchen floors and the handle hits the front of the dishwasher. I never had this happen to other brands of dishwashers I had before this one. I had to get rid of my dishes as they were too tall as the sprayer on top kept hitting them and stayed in one spot. This was the only Samsung I could get at the time. Shortage on electronic chips the cause. I should have gotten the LG.

after finishing normal wash cycle with cascade platinum dishwasher pods, seeing lot of soap on dishes. to prove, i did rinse only cycle after compete normal cycle, saw lot of soap in the water during rinse cycle. basic feature like extra rinse or rinse and stop feature are missing. buttons are horrible. app almost never works. auto dry-release door never worked for me till the date. i wouldn't recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't even tell this machine is running without sticking my ear right next to it. It cleans great too. The regular cycle takes a long time so we usually use the quick 60 minute cycle. Everything comes out looking squeeky clean. The third shelf on top is a keeper. We can wash bigger utensils and lids up there without wasting space on lower shelves. So far, so good. Haven't used the smart features yet, but I'm glad they're there when I want them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet. Almost silent, in fact. It can barely be heard when you are in the kitchen. It was very easy to install, and I love the fact the adjusting mechanism for the rear of the machine is accessible from the front, making it very easy to make sure it is level. It also works very well and looks great with my Samsung Tuscan stainless refrigerator and stove.
