[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher does a good job getting dishes clean, and is shockingly quiet. Only sound we ever notice anymore is the draining water. :) Pop open to air dry usually does an adequate job, wish there were a better solution. Overall, very happy.

Keep your rinse aid dispenser full and I run dishwasher Magic through it when it call for self clean and it still looks brand new. Remember to clean your filter once a month. Other than that the booster works flawlessly. Even my grill and griddle with burnt on mess come out like brand new! Also the auto door release function works great. My dishes even plastics are dry! One of my best purchases ever. You won't be disappointed with this dishwasher.

I love the dishes end up really clean and compared with other dishwasher using a different technology, this is clearly superior. the management from the phone app does not offer a lot of options, so I don't see the need to have it. for example compared with the Samsung Oven, in which we can do more things. Finally, sometimes the AutoRelease Dry options doesn't work properly and it is not able to open the door.

i purchased this machine by the end of may 2020 and it worked fine for the first two weeks and then suddenly a leak happened. since then, every run has given a leak spot in our kitchen. terrible experience i would definitely never recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with this dishwasher. I've never had a dishwasher as quiet as this model. Sometimes I have to ask everyone to be quiet or turn off the t.v. just so I can be sure it's running. The top rack provides a nice place for knives, lids, etc. I have a toddler in the house so the autorelease dry will need to be disabled. Even without a little one, I'm not a fan of that feature simply because it's like a refrigerator door that's not closed all of the way. It drives me crazy & has to be closed. I do rinse my dishes before loading but nothing has come back out dirty. Be sure to add a rinse aid-it's needed. Looking forward to years of good, quiet cleaning with this unit. Thank you Samsung!

We did not expect such a true upgrade, as I assumed all dishwashers did the same thing, boy was I wrong. This dishwasher is sleek, quiet and does a phenomenal job at cleaning. I load this thing to full capacity and every dish looks brand new every single time. I'm shocked at how silent this thing is, I rarely know it's even on, I have to look at the face of the unit to tell it's even running! The installation was fast and standard fittings worked well. This is such a high end unit that has made me a huge fan of Samsung.

The only reasons I am not giving it 5 stars is that after a couple weeks of use, the door vent feature didn’t open as much and the dishwasher gives off a chemical smell when running. Otherwise it’s amazing!

I love the features of it and the wifi capabilities. Including the sleekness of the black color which looks amazing. My only complaint is sometimes it doesnt wash the dishes perfectly. Ive tried several soaps/tablets/powders but sometime the dishes are still dirty. Thats my complaint. But if you rinse the dishes first then its better
