Long story short: after almost one month of wait and repeated phone calls, our dishwasher was still not installed. Finally, I ran out of my patience and ended up returning the order!! Lessons learned: never order appliances from Sam’s Club or Samsung.

we had this dishwasher for about 1 month and it is so quiet when running compared to my old maytag dishwasher. our dishes come out clean, we enjoy the door opening to assist in drying. i would highly recommend this dishwasher. it looks very clean in our cabinet, we are very pleased with our purchase.

some goods first: very silent looks pretty now bad: stops every now and then between cycles and need to re run the whole cycle again heats up a lot. got a crack on door opening handle due to heat. very tricky to balance on 3 legs, single leg in back is impossible to adjust with front screw. with uneven balance the trays keeps on sliding in while placing utensils, provided i used samsung installers to install the dishwasher. stopped draining water after 2 years, i guess these things should survive for 10 years with good care. help yourself and stay away from this Dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't be more thrilled with our new Samsung dishwasher! First off, it looks great. The sleek stainless steel exterior is definitely a step up in terms of aesthetics comapred to our old dishwasher. My only gripe here is that the guys who installed it probably could have pulled it out a half inch further, as when the front door closes the lip of our kitchen counter covers up all of the buttons which reside on the top of the dishwasher door. Definitely not the end of the world, and not a problem with the dishwasher, per se. Other than that, the installation went very quickly and smoothly. The dishwasher is the same size as our old one, but this one definitely feels like it has more room inside it, likely due to the more efficient layout. The slim top rack is great for throwing lids, utensils, etc on. Probably my favorite aspect of the dishwasher is how quiet it is! You can barely tell when it's running. This is a major upgrade for us compared to the last dishwasher. In terms of actual washing performance, this thing has been great so far. Everything comes out completely clean, even dishes that hadn't been fully rinsed off beforehand or had some food stuck to them. Overall, we really love our new dishwasher. It looks great, it's easy to use, it works well, and it has a ton of different features and modes. I'm so glad we decided to go with this Samsung dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a huge improvement over our last. If it were not for the indicator countdown we wouldn’t even know it was running. The third rack is perfect and being able to adjust the height on the middle deck has been used many more times than expected. Worth the price.

I got this as a replacement to my previous dishwasher and I have to say this dishwasher sucks. The first month the spray arm on the second rack continuously fell off everytime I pulled the rack out to unload the dishes. After having a tech come out to fix it several times, they finally replaced the whole second rack. Then the auto release wouldn’t release the door fully so all the steam went under my countertops. They “fixed” that and the dishwasher worked for a few months and is now no longer connecting to WiFi, not a big deal, but a nice feature, the auto release is not working again and the full rinse aid light is constantly on even though the rinse aid compartment is full. Of course it’s just outside the warranty date and the extended warranty company is refusing to fix it since it’s a replacement unit, even though they confirmed they would prior to replacement.

After using it regularly for a few weeks now, I can truly admit that all of our needs and expectations were met and we are fully satisfied with the Samsung product. It has different setting that are easy to use and navigate, sleek and modern look with touch sensors that will go well with different interior designs. However, what we like most about this particular dishwasher is the fact that our dishes are sparkly clean after we use it. The advanced cleaning power is why we would recommend this dishwasher to anyone! Moreover, there is little to no noise when the dishwasher is on. The dishwasher has different compartments for plates, utensils, glasses and other kitchen tools with a total of 3 levels to use. In my personal option, the best and favorite feature of this product is sanitize setting. In summary, this Samsung dishwasher is a great product that we will highly recommend to anyone looking for a dishwasher that can satisfy different needs and expectations.

However when we got our new Samsung Slide in Induction stove and new Samsung over the range Microwave the salesman also asked us if we wanted to replace our dishwasher? He showed us the new Samsung dishwasher and that it was top of the line for a very good price we decided to get the dishwasher as well. I’m so glad we did as it has better features (including a top third rack for silverware) and it’s even quieter and much more efficient than the old one. The “Auto Cycle” determines how much washing is required and adjusts the cycle times automatically. I love the fact that it’s Wi-Fi connected and lets me not only see when it’s completed but also opens the door of the dishwasher and helps save energy and money by letting it continue to air dry. We would highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone who needs to replace or buy new appliances. It’s stainless steel inside and out which makes it so quiet you hardly hear it running.
