Ideal for a techy house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung bespoke is one of the few dishwashers with Wifi in the market, which let you manage some cool features like suggest a program based on the specifics you have to clean. The design is clean and modern, and you can also have the tuscan stainless steel color which I love! It is super quiet you will barely hear it while cleaning. Something I like is the timer which let you know exactly how much time left., not that it matters much with the auto release featured, but it is something important to me as I am I wash a lot and with my old dishwasher I never had information about time as the only display was at the top. Third rack are must haves too. Areas of improvement: I wish you can access to the dishwasher from the app while is turned off.

Delivery/installation a nightmare but good product

First off, the delivery and installation company (XPO Logistics) was a nightmare. They continually made mistakes and rescheduled the delivery and installation. Once I finally got the dishwasher delivered and installed, the top rack left-hand rail fell apart. Not wanting to wait for the installation company to come back out and repair or replace the dishwasher, I simply repaired it myself. Now it works great. My only complaint is that the "upper" (i.e., middle) rack only has two positions on its height adjustment. The upper position makes it too high and dishes run into the top (silverware) rack. The lower position is too low and you can't fit tall dishes into the bottom rack. It would be nice if there was a middle position.

Do not buy without researching online reviews

We bought all Samsung appliances for our new house we are building. Since we bought the appliances before the house was complete they were not installed right away. After we were able to move in and start using the dishwasher it made it to 103 loads before we got a PC error code. We contacted Samsung and due to the fact that the dishwasher purchase date was over a year we were out of warranty even though the dishwasher has only been in use for less than 5 months. Now we can pay $95 to get the unit looked at and then another minimum of $120 plus parts to fix. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product and looking at other reviews this appears to be a common issue for Samsung. It's unfortunate that their customer service and product are this substandard and also a very good reason to consider other brands before Samsung.

DO NOT BUY !

the story of my experience is not a good one ! i ran this machine 1 time and experienced the lc error that requires a plumber to pull the unit and remove the water from the leak/drip pan. my plumber discovered the leak that apparently samsung isn’t smart enough to find .. or they just don’t care to fix. i know this because i have since read endless reviews about this leak error! i called samsung and they claimed ignorance and didn’t want to improve my experience or truly help! i’m sharing so that other can see the terrible design flaw and origin of this leak that happens every time the washer runs!

Bad experience

I had a very bad experience. I just got a defective item. I've ordered this on Dec 27. I got it today(1/27) after 3 weeks of estimated delivery. Called Sam's Club they transferred it to Samsung customer service. And Samsung CS created a case and told me that they will sand a technician within 5-7 business days. I am living without a working dishwasher for the last 1.5 months. so disappointed with this.

Drop it and run

Unknown if the dishwasher works or not, could have delivery damage, can't tell. Bought this dishwasher with the installation and take away service, and the thought that I would be covered by Sams Club, which it seems advertises it as such but not really, the delivery guys came and dropped the dishwasher and ran back to thier truck on to another false delivery.

Stopped turnign on within a year

This dishwasher lasted exactly 1 year before it stopped powering on. THe ppliance repair man said that the board had issues. Apparently it is a common issue with this model that the hummidity of the dishwasher gets into the unit and causes the board to malfunction. Long term Samsung appliance buyer, but starting to notice a lot of their units (including fridges) are staring to cause issue within the first year. Time to switch bran.

Leaks continuously

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a design flaw with the tub to front door gasket. The actual gasket is a wafer type that can be inserted into the gasket groove at three different heights. I guess to allow for imperfections in the door. Unfortunately after each use and shutting of the door the gasket pushes deeper into the basket slot and allows water to leak all over the floor. I had the repair team come out twice. Once they replaced the gasket which I already replaced and just adjusted the depth of the gasket. The second time they replaced the entire door. Still leaks. They finally refunded my money for the purchase but I am still out the cost of replacing damaged and wetted flooring from under my kitchen cabinets. If they developed some sort of spacer that fit in the gasket slot that prevents the gasket from getting pushed in to the maximum depth it would Most likely fix the problem. I suggest a Teflon shim or something.

Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account and for offering a thoughtful suggestion. We recognize how frustrating it is to experience repeated water leakage even after multiple service visits and a full door replacement, especially when it has led to damage beyond the appliance itself. Your explanation of the gasket design and how it shifts during normal use is very clear, and the idea of a spacer or Teflon-style shim to limit gasket movement is appreciated. Feedback like this helps highlight real-world performance and durability considerations, and we value your willingness to share a practical improvement that could help prevent this from happening for others. Your input will be shared with our product and engineering teams for review. We would love to work with you in the future. Not Reliable

The drain pump on this dishwasher died at 26 months old. Additionally, the plastic on the front cracked and the moving bar that directs the water spray continually came off its track.

So far, so bad

Have had this thing for 3 weeks. Dishwasher was installed by SAMs (subcontractor). The feature which is supposed to release the door near end of cycle to aid drying does not work. Dishes are not always entirely clean (slight greasy feel). There is an odd electronic buzzing sound near the middle of the wash cycle. SAMs says I need to contact Samsung for service. Even with their "keep your place in line" callback feature, I need a block of 1-2 hours available in order to talk to Samsung, so haven't been able to make it happen yet.

I would love the opportunity to help ease your frustrations on your new Samsung dishwasher, First, verify that the AutoRelease feature is enable. Press Sanitize until ‘J1’ or ‘J0’ is displayed, to enable, select ‘J1’, and then press Delay Start. I am including a helpful troubleshooting guide to support your concerns on the dishes (https://bit.ly/31cHUBf). We thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena
