[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many things I love about this washer. It’s quiet, it stays pretty clean on its own. Everything comes out spotlessly clean. Ample space to load items. I think it’s so cool that the door pops open during the last few minutes of the cycle to assist with drying. Best part is I can use this and all my Samsung appliances with the SmartThings app!

While we have only had this a few weeks, it is extremely quiet! It is a welcome change since we have an open kitchen to family room and couldn't hear the TV previously. It is well build, cleans perfectly and the three trays make it very useful.Installation was easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher ever! We have the dishwasher for couple of months now, but all I can say is WOW! Best dishwasher I have ever seen/ had! My husband did the research, and came to conclusion, that this model should suit best our needs and budget. I went along with the choice and was curious how would the product behave and how would be it's performance. I approached the new appliance with caution, but open mind. However, after first few uses, I was blown away with it's performance. Amazing! My husband was looking for a quiet machine. First time we turned it on, I had to double check I actually turned it on, because it was so quiet. The design of the appliance is great, stainless steel in and out looks great. Touch buttons are an excellent feature, they don't collect any residual dirt. Keeping the dishwasher clean and neat is a matter of a quick wipe over. Sensors will always let you know when it's time to perform a self clean, or if your jet dry is running low. The inside space is great for pots and pans. I didn't care much for the top third rack designed for cutlery; I prefer to use the baskets. However, I still use the top rack, occasionally, for lids, some kids' toys, or other small things. I like the wash cycle options, they are great. What made me absolutely love this dishwasher was a fact that it made my tea cup spotless! I'm a tea drinker, all day long. Used one mug for a whole day, then put it in the dishwasher without rinsing, or scrubbing off the tea stains first. Never ever in my life have I seen a dishwasher wash the mug spotless! This machine did it! It truly works great! My husband said that some people were complaining in the reviews, that this appliance doesn't have the drying function. I didn't think much of it; didn't know if it is going to be annoying or not. However, I honestly don't think it's necessary. Once the cycle is finished, the door opens automatically and the excess steam escapes, leaving the dishes dry. In my opinion, it performs just as great as if you would have the drying function. I would not get discouraged by this. The design and functionality of this appliance is honestly great. Dishes will be dry, but you will still have a little bit of water (few drops, not a little puddle) at the top of the cups left, just like any other dishwasher. Also, people have been complaining that the singing melodies, when you touch the buttons, are annoying. Well, after a few uses, yes, it does get annoying. However, there is a quick fix for it. You can silence the machine. Problem solved. The dishwasher comes pre-set to 4, in how much of jet dry it uses. In my opinion, in that setting, it was using the rinse liquid too fast, without any particular benefits to it. I chaged the setting to 2. I believe that's an optimal number. Maybe 1 could do as well, but I would have to try that one yet.

unit is quiet, cleaning is okay. my kitchen was turned over to me on 12/31/2020. prior to writing this review, my wife just asked me if i used rinse aid last night. is the dispenser out already? after 10 days? the wifi capability was attractive, however, it has yet to connect to my network after several attempts daily and two calls to support. buy it because you like the color. forget any of the bells and whistles. as for the rinse aid, i guess i'll start adding a cup of vinegar each load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a great job, even on glasses and silverware that were left cloudy by my prior dishwasher - now they are perfectly clean. This machine also dries much better than the old one. But the most amazing thing is how quiet it is- the only thing we hear is the water draining. So far, we love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit as part of our kitchen remodeling. Love the Bespoke series choices and finishes. This dishwasher is super super quite. Mirror finish Stainless Steel in the inside looks beautiful. Modern flush design and color blends in well with our new kitchen. We also bought Bespoke refrigerator, very nice - very happy with the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about 4 months ago. It has been doing a very good job of cleaning all of our dishes, silverware and pots and pans. We really like the top rack for silverware and the door automatically opening at the end of the wash cycle. There are two issues that I have with it. 1. The location of the water hookup. 2. The way the water connects to the unit. Both are located at the back of the machine and the water hookup is a garden hose style connection. In the event that there's an issue with the water connection, and or pump, the entire unit needs to be pulled out to repair it. That could be a costly repair. We were in a bind when we purchased it. This unit was one of only a few different dishwashers available in our area so we decided to purchase this one because of the features. Due to the location and style of the water connection I would not recommend this dishwasher. Especially if it will be installed by the homeowner. If the water connection was up front and a braided water hose hookup I would give it a 5 star and recommend it.

I love this dishwasher, and I would recommend Samsung to anybody. I bought all at same time . Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Washer and Gas dryer, Microwave. Microwave noiser then I would like when it first starts. But I love all of my Samsung appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great. I can't believe it cleans so well while being so quiet. We have a couple of old pans that our previous dishwasher always struggled with, when we put those in the new dishwasher with the zone boost option enabled these pans came out spotless! Also, like the implementation of the dishwasher door opening automatically after the cycle is finished. This greatly improves drying! This dishwasher not only performs exceptionally well, but it also looks great! All the control buttons are hidden on the top, so it has a slick and a modern look. Also, like the notification to refill the rinse aid (hated to find all the dishes messed up just because the rinse aid run out on our previous dishwasher). There is one more reminder to start the dishwashers' cleaning cycle - should help avoiding funny smells which may sometimes appear after using a dishwasher for a while without cleaning. Fabulous dishwasher - I do recommend it!
