[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because the last Samsung that I had the motor finally cut out after I had already replaced at once and this one is by far the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned you never know is running plus the fact that it's a smart dishwasher really helps out with being able to do being able to do self cleaning as well as picking out what's the best wash for the amount of dishes that I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Dishwasher to replace out 18 year Samsung unit. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the ability for this model to clean the dishes. Apparently, the Linear Wash is not yet perfected. We did decide to stick with Samsung and returned this unit for the typical rotary Wash model. We are very pleased with our choice.

i want to like this machine. it plays lovely music and opens the door automatically when it is finished, which is more than i can say for my kids. the linear action just does not clean very well. i have been using this dw for 6 months now and after almost every cycle, i've got to hand wash a few dishes. maybe this is not necessary for those of you who live in a house where people rinse their dishes first, but in my household where everyone thinks a dw, especially an expensive one, is a miracle machine, well, i post-wash. wish i had an old rotating, $300 machine instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned for about a month and I have yet to see anything still stuck to a dish or utensil after cleaning. This is by far the quietest dishwasher I've ever (not) heard. Also, this Tuscan color is beautiful.

Received LC error code multiple times and unit is only 7 months old. Samsung support won’t help unless we can send a photo of the code even though it’s still under warranty. The error may indicate a leak and Samsung wants us to keep using it so we can get a picture of the code. Doesn’t make any sense. I would not recommend this unit or any Samsung products. Support is terrible

after only having for a few months, the painted portion is already peeling, and it looks terrible now. it washea well, but now it looks cheap. i shouldn't have wasted my money on it, hopefully the rest of my samsung products don't follow suit, not sure i'll buy anymore of their major appliances, too bad they already got my money for the dishwasher.

It is so quite that we can watch TV, play cards or just sit and talk and you just can’t tell that it is running. I also like the network access to the dishwasher and the information it provides. We both know that when we walk up to the dishwasher and the door is open that the dishes inside are clean. I would definitely purchase this dishwasher again.

Garbage don't buy it and costumer service even worst samsung went down the drain called 3 times they came to repair and same thing leaks and they won't admit it do yourself a favor don't buy this garbage so you don't have to Deal with morans on the phone who don't do anything to help

I spent 2 days trying to get it work, only was advised to go you*tube and typed the model number and see there, but those are users as I some experienced and thorough and some not I was looking something more professional Disappointed in technical and professional representation
