The dishwasher started leaking and getting error codes. called Samsung technician and after inspection he claims it was damage during delivery also paid for to samsung for delivery. since it happened after 10days after delivery its not covered. The issue can not be seen so no way we could know it was damage on delivery. I bought top of the line dishwasher, range, microwave, dryer and washer. Its surprising after spending almost $5000 they will not cover a faulty top of the line dishwasher. I earlier bought Samsung phone, fridge and TV. I'm so done with Samsung rest of my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung Dishwasher because the one I really wanted (Bosch 800) is still out of stock until well into 2022.. I’ve had it about 2 months, and the first month I couldn’t use it because it leaked out of the door! The Samsung tech came and checked it and said everything was ok on the test, no leaking, but was going to order parts for that described leak because it’s a KNOWN ISSUE. Which in itself is shameful that Samsung sells a product with a known design flaw. Guess what? It leaked the next time I used it! Once the “repair” was done the dishwasher has worked great. He gave me tips if it leaks again…It’s very quiet, and my dishes are very clean. The issue is I shouldn’t have to deal with a brand new product leaking! I shouldn’t have a product that has “rules” in order to wash dishes. My 15 year old Roper didn’t leak once, this thing? Beautiful but flawed. Very disappointed as I’ve bought Samsung products before that have worked great for years.

The dishes come out clean and the automatic door open to assist with drying is amazing. Also included is wifi so I can monitor the cycle. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dishwasher. This dishwasher had adjustable racks to make fitting large items a breeze and easy to load. The 3rd rack is great addition for all your little needs. Overall a great design and awesome dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the Samsung DW80R9950US to replace an older dishwashing system we had in place for approximately 5-6 years now. The Samsung is extremely quiet. I thought our last dishwasher was quiet. This beautiful piece of machinery is significantly quieter. The only time we ever know its on is when it is draining water out of it or when it plays a nice little tune when the wash completes to alert you of being finished. Speaking of being alerted when the wash finishes, you can also connect the DW80R9950US to your wireless network and get notified via the Samsung mobile app when your dishes are clean. This is certainly helpful if you're not in the same room and need to know when your wash finishes so that you can empty it and be ready for the next round. We have loaded this dishwasher up with all types of eating utensils and cooking products and all have been washed clean with no extra effort. The very top rack is very useful for the kids cup's lids and straws that you don't want to lose during a wash or get near the bottom level where it can sometimes get hotter. The stainless steel finish with the ability to keep fingerprints down to a minimum is a much improvement from our last system. We've hardly had to clean the outside of this dishwasher since we got it since it take quite a bit for it to get dirty or smudgy. The racks inside the washer are similar to your current or previous dishwashers and hold a significant number of plates, pans, cups, or whatever you want to get clean and keep the number of washes to a manageable number rather than having to do multiple loads after a big party. This Samsung is exactly what you're looking for. It's quiet, it's smart, and it is strong. It's all the qualities you want from your next generation dishwasher.

we've had this dishwasher for over 18 months and it hasn't worked since the second week. repairman came out and said nothing was wrong. the linear bar does not always move and clean the bottom rack. very disappointed in samsung's service and quality of this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not normally write reviews, but I do have to say probably one of the best dishwashers I have ever used. It's VERY quiet and can't even tell it's running. Love the adjustable top rack and the 3rd rack for little things. Cleans dishes very well and leaves them spot-free. Only down side it that the run cycle is longer then most dishwashers.

Dishwasher worked great for 6 months. Then the waterwall arm became detached. Easy enough to reattach it as it just snapped on in the back of the dishwasher track. For the next few months, it popped off a couple times and we just popped it back on. Annoying but manageable. Now 18 months into owning the dishwasher, past the 12-month warranty, waterwall arm becomes detached in the first 10 minutes of the cycle and dishes do not get clean. Scheduling a repair online estimates the repair at around $400 and wants to put a hold on my credit card for that amount. That is over half the price I paid for the dishwasher originally. This should not happening after 18 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switching from an older machine on it's last legs I cannot get over how quiet, easy, smooth and good looking this dishwasher is. You'd be hard pressed to hear it's even running in the same room as you, while the display is clear and operation is simple. There are touch buttons on the top-inside edge of the door that give a clearly audible sound when pressed, without clunky buttons that get grime and dirt clogged in them. The dishes that come out are perfectly clean with regular dishwasher soap, and the door even pops open in the last few minutes to vent out the steam that would otherwise linger and settle on the dishes if you're not there to open the door otherwise. The best part of this washer for us is the slim top-deck rack which is perfect for baby bottle pieces and other small washable components that would otherwise get thrown around the inside of the machine during a wash cycle. Amazing. My experience so far has been excellent with this machine and it has made doing the dishes a much more enjoyable task.

Unbelievable piece of garbage this machine has been. It cleans great when it works. The moisture sensors are giving errors every few days and have to clean dishes by hand until the sensor dries out. Main issue has been the leaks from the door. The door never latches like its supposed to and it leak from the door seal every other day. Sometimes its small leak and sometimes a big puddle on the tiles in the morning ( we run it at night). At this point. even a full refund wont make it right. This is supposed to be your best dishwasher. It is just terrible. Samsung- do better.,
