[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an old one with this and what a difference! Especially the sound! It's so quiet and great space for everything. Wifi is neat but kind of pointless. Have only had four 2 weeks but so far it's been great.

There are only a couple of moments you even know it is on (when it is draining for example). Best part: The door opens automatically to help with drying. It also sends notification to my phone and tv that it is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an identical replacement for a purchase December of '22 which had an issue with the soap door opening. Replaced late last fall, works great so far, time will tell. Dish rack layout not as good as our old machine from another MFR. but works way better. Dishes get cleaner, remarkably quiet. Easy to clean filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this machine for about 1 month when the control panel display stopped working. The buttons did turn on the machine but I was not able to know what cycle was given. The repair person did the repair about a week after we called the problem in. He had the required part to repair the problem. When the repair was done he would not reinstall the unit because as he stated "it is a liability" that he was not wanting to take. I reattached the machine to the cabinet trim myself. After this repair the same issue happened again. The second repair was done about the same as 1st. Dishwasher is now working as it should have to start with. It has been working well for about 3 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dishwasher! The pros: 1. It is aesthetically pleasing. Clean lines. No bulky buttons to look at. The timer, when running, Is a pretty color blue and just large enough to see clearly, but not so big as to look tacky. 2. Cleaning the outside is a breeze. It really doesn't show any fingerprints, and if it did it was because my kids had a sticky mess on their fingers. It wipes right off. Again, even those sticky fingers were barely noticeable. 3. It is so quiet! I honestly cannot hear it unless I am right next to it and focusing directly on the machine, and even then it is barely audible. 4. Functionally, it is perfect! Being able to adjust the plate supports is amazing. It is pretty much designed for any type of dish, whether it be large, small, awkward designs, etc. Adjusting the height of the upper and 3rd rack is one of my favorite parts if the design. Samsung has also made it very easy to remove the racks. 5. Connecting to our smarthome is definitely one of my favorites. Being able to know when it is done wherever I am has made it very convenient. 6. Automatic door opening! I love this! I did this with our old washer and I'm so happy that they made this an automatic function. Cons: 1. The only con was the installation, but I can't really blame it on Samsung dishwasher. When we put it in, the process took a little longer due to our cabinet and how it was built with the wiring and floor leveling. If we didn't have those issues, the installation probably would of taken half the time or less to install. I have recommended this dishwasher to all of my friends and will continue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now had this dishwasher a couple of months and wanted to go over the highlights. There are many wash modes on this machine and I've tried 3-4 of them and they all seem to fit the intended or described purpose. I also really like the top/3rd rack for flat utensils, etc, its a great feature. Also, having the door pop at the end of the cycle is very helpful in not having to worry about hand drying dishes where water has pooled when emptying it in the morning. The only down side to this unit is configuring the bottom tray when trying to clean unusually sized pots or pans. Still figuring that one out. All in all a great Dishwasher!

By God’s grace He built me a house. One year in the ice maker on my Family Hub had problems. Same year my Samsung dishwasher had issues, and now my washer is malfunctioning. Save your money for another brand. I’m tired of trying to get “All Things Samsung” repaired.

I got this as a replacement to my previous dishwasher and I have to say this dishwasher sucks. The first month the spray arm on the second rack continuously fell off everytime I pulled the rack out to unload the dishes. After having a tech come out to fix it several times, they finally replaced the whole second rack. Then the auto release wouldn’t release the door fully so all the steam went under my countertops. They “fixed” that and the dishwasher worked for a few months and is now no longer connecting to WiFi, not a big deal, but a nice feature, the auto release is not working again and the full rinse aid light is constantly on even though the rinse aid compartment is full. Of course it’s just outside the warranty date and the extended warranty company is refusing to fix it since it’s a replacement unit, even though they confirmed they would prior to replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of course this unit has all the technical design features you would expect from Samsung. You can wash or hold your dishes anyway you desire. The connectivity feature let you know the status of your appliance even if you are not home. I especially like the countdown feature that magically appears on the face of the dishwasher, when it is operating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It's quiet as ever and I no longer have to turn up the tv when I'm using it. Plus it's a smart machine so if I'm upstairs or even away from home I can start the dishwasher using one of my smartphones. Notifications are nice as well. My only issue is that it doesn't allow for hot dry. I'm okay with the unit opening an inch once the cycle is complete but I would love to have hot dry as an option. I love the dishwasher and won't be replacing it because it doesn't have the feature. Best dishwasher I have ever had yet.
