i have owned 2021 samsung dishwasher for almost 2 months and continue to have to rewash so many dishes post wash. previously, i owned a whirlpool 2003 model that was basic and cleaned amazingly well. it was noisy but, at this point, i would take a noisy machine that at least cleaned dishes well. i remove all food particles prior to loading, do not overload dishes and use the zone booster. very very disappointed in its performance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a year ago and has been working great since. The noise levels are minimal and worked with no problems since we bought it. One reason we bought the unit was because of its wi-fi connection. However wi-fi connection does not really provide much functionality. The most important thing for us was to be able to start the machine remotely in case we forgot to start it, etc. However we realized that is not practically possible. You need to turn the unit on (which is automatically turned off after a while) and keep the door closed to be able to start it remotely. Since it turns off automatically in a few minutes, that function is basically useless. Otherwise it is a good machine

I received the unit a few months ago and have been actively using it once to twice per week. The unit is very quiet during operation which is a plus. The wash results are great, though since its not like other machines I did spend time to read the manual on loading the unit etc. Everything from glassware to silverware comes out perfectly washed and even some heavily soiled pans. I tend to use the Auto function more often then not. Overall great unit

This was expensive and I am so disappointed. Does not dry dishes well. I ordered stainless they sent dark stainless. delivery was delayed twice and then they did not install. After all that had to pay someone even though delivery was suppose to be included to install and I hate it. Does not hold many dished - set up inside poor

Not only is it a beautiful machine with its sleek, modern design but the black Stainless Steel color goes with pretty much any style of kitchen. I love that the finish of it is fingerprint resistant, making it super easy to clean. As a stay at home Mom who already has tons to clean, that is a huge plus in my book. I also love that there is no outside handle and that the control panel is at the top of the machine. I no longer have to worry about walking by it and nudging it and having it turn on accidentally. The first time I used the dishwasher, I had to keep double checking that it was actually on & working. It is ridiculously quiet and if it wasn't for the noise coming from my sink, I would have never known it was on. My kids decided to name it the Ninja dishwasher because it is so quiet while it is washing the dishes. It has lots of space for all our dishwashing needs and with the Zone Booster setting, you can easily set it to wash both your delicate glassware and your tough and heavy pots and pans, all in one wash. Washing dishes in my home has now become something my kids fight over doing. They all want to get their turn to load it and turn it on. I have absolutely no complaints about this dishwasher. If you are shopping around for a great dishwasher that can do it all, definitely take a look at this one. It is wonderful!

Best dishwasher I have ever had! So many features that I love but my favorite is how quiet it is! The first time I used it, I actually thought I forgot to push the start button. It is very sleek looking and does such a great job cleaning. I just love it! I highly recommend this dishwasher.

All on the top of the handle tucked away so it looks sleek. Very quiet wash and the inner racks are adjustable! Only drawback I can see is it seems to not have a super quick wash. Takes about an hour which is ok, just wish it was a little sooner

If you are going to buy this make sure to buy an extended warranty. Mine died at 3.5 years of life :( The problem is with their water wall, after use the seal gets damaged and starts to leak which causes the dishwasher to trip. This part might be covered under the 5 year part warranty but you have to use their service which is min 150trip fee plus 60n hour just to tell you what's wrong then another free and hourly for install of the part. Don't buy it. If you are here because your dishwasher keeps tripping you will need part dd97-0048d I bought a new house and bought all Samsung, fridge, induction, microwave, hood, washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. Really hoping the other ones don't start to break.
