we purchased dishwasher in jan 2021 and paid extra for professional installation. since then we have dealt continually with issue of water not draining completely out of machine. first time, the company moved our lines around. this did not fix the problem. now we are being told that the pump on this dishwasher is not strong enough to push water all the way out of machine so water runs back into the bottom after cycle finishes. the recommendation is that we bring someone back out and move all my lines as high up as my cabinets will allow. this was not an issue with previous dishwasher. the only time i can get the samsung to drain completely is when i run a rinse cycle only. if it can drain completely on that cycle why not a regular cycle. definitely would not recommend.

This dishwasher outshines all the competition. I love the third shelf and also the opening of the door before the end of the cycle to cool and dry the dishes. So quiet and best of all everything comes out sparkling clean. Suggest fitting by qualified plumber.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with this dishwasher. It is extremely quite does a great job on cleaning but most of all it dries plastic items !!!!!! I replaced a KitchenAid that was expensive and a piece of junk . it had problems 1 month after the 1 year warranty I had it repaired at my expense and it lasted about another 10 months before the same problem returned. I was a quiet unit but did not clean very well and there was water everywhere. This Samsung unit it great. I liked it so much I replaced my refrigerator with a Samsung unit. I love that appliance also.

This one is so quiet I have to put my head next to the door to verify it's actually running. The dishes are super clean after the cycle with no issues after about 8 months of use.

I've always had the traditional spinning jets of water, but this "water wall" does an amazing job and nothing is left behind. I also enjoy the feature of finish with the door opening slightly to promote drying.

This dishwasher is so quiet, I didn't even realize it was running until it played a tune and popped up on my TV that it was done. I have it connected to WiFi and I thought that was pretty cool. The dishes are noticeably cleaner than from my old dishwasher. It's stainless inside which I can see is more sanitary. There is a 3rd rack on the top for small items, genius! There are a handful of washing cycles as well as a 60 minute option for a quick wash. I like the linear wash system which cleans items much better. There are top controls which are hidden from little hands. I have a 3 year old who touches everything! Also the black stainless doesn't show fingerprints, again I have a 3 year old.......I am very happy with my new Samsung dishwasher and I highly recommend it if your in the market for a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washing machine for a few months now and I absolutely love it. Firstly the design of the washing machine is gorgeous. it would stand out beautifully in any kitchen. It's absolutely silent as well. You wouldn't even realize it's running if not for the indicator LEDs. It also does a fantastic job cleaning. Our vessels generally come out looking perfectly clean. it also has wifi functionality and if you have the smart things app it'll tell you how long the load is going to take etc. As for drying it doesn't have an inbuilt heater so it pops open the door to dry. Adding rinse aid makes sure that the vessels are dry at the end of the cycle. As for the negatives. The wifi only works when you switch on the machine so you can't really start it remotely. Really wish they fixed that.

When it was a time to change the dishwasher I decided to go with the most premium model on the market considering that dishwashers is not that expensive segment. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is aesthetically pleasing has clean lines and is easily wiped clean of small child finger prints, the top buttons eliminate the aggravation of accidentally hitting buttons while working near it in the kitchen while being easy to use and self explanatory functions. The upper shelf has 2 positions for washing to make up for space taken by the tray on top, it is easily adjusted The upper position is a tight fit with the top tray for anything but the shorter glasses or bowls laid down but great when you have multiple large items that need washed, the lower position fits most any items you would normally place on the top shelf however of a dishwasher, however large plates or other taller items on the bottom shelf have limited space at that time. When there are 10 minutes left the door opens and a fan vents the dishwasher making it possible to unload almost immediately after the cycle is finished with only a small amount of leftover moisture. So far the linear system has been amazing, dishes come out clean when put in with no or limited prerinse for the worst baked on messes no more spots or unknown items left over on dishes. The cycle takes about 2.5 hours and you never hear the dishwasher except the occasional noise from it draining, I would recommend this unit to anyone.
