[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new and shiny dishwasher is awesome! It replaced our very old and run down one. It is very easy to open. Has a lot of room inside for lots of dishes much better than the one we had. It is very quiet and our dishes are cleaned so well. I really like the utensil basket. It holds many different things other than utensils that need to be cleaned and don't get tossed all around inside. We don't have spots on our dishes nor do we need to run it more than once so that everything gets cleaned. Not as fingerprint resistant as it claims though :(

I bought The model DW80R9950US, now is showing PC error. Everything was great , I like that is almost no noise when washing, until a 2 weeks ago and the PC error code appeared. Troubleshooting hasn’t helped the situation. The error still coming back. Now back to handwashing until the issue is resolved.

I bought this as a gift for my parents because theirs was on the fritz and now im jealous and i want one now. You can set it to your phone and it will tell uou when the dishes are dirty or clean in case you forget if you started it, among other things. You can adust the prongs in the dishwasher to best accommodate your dish needs. It has many jets for optimum cleaning. It has 3 different drawers. When the dishwasher is done it will automatically pop open to release the steam. Extremely quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this machine for about 1 month when the control panel display stopped working. The buttons did turn on the machine but I was not able to know what cycle was given. The repair person did the repair about a week after we called the problem in. He had the required part to repair the problem. When the repair was done he would not reinstall the unit because as he stated "it is a liability" that he was not wanting to take. I reattached the machine to the cabinet trim myself. After this repair the same issue happened again. The second repair was done about the same as 1st. Dishwasher is now working as it should have to start with. It has been working well for about 3 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dishwasher two weeks ago and have used it multiple times already. Easy to load. I like that it is wifi capable and the smart control. It looks great in my kitchen. I love that it automatically opens the door at the end of the drying cycle to enhance the drying capability.

Had to have it repaired 2 months in. The Bar stuck in the back and dished at the front were not being washed. Just scheduled second repair at 9 months. It isn't draining. It does clean well when its working. The top rack is awkward and could use a little redesign as the middle row has its prongs set too wide for most of my top row items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine (we named him Dennis) replaced an antique dishwasher that came with the property when we bought it. The upgrade is like night and day. It’s the quietest machine I’ve ever experienced. Other than the display counting down and hearing water in the drain when it’s pumping out you’d never know it’s even on. It’s an incredible performer - we’ve thrown everything at it and it always comes out clean as a whistle. I honestly have never pulled a still dirty or streaky, spotty dish out of it. The upper silverware rack is genius and helps make emptying the machine super fast. Overall it’s the best dishwasher we’ve ever had and we couldn’t be happier.

I have never owned a dishwasher that I didn't have to nearly shout over. I regularly whisper louder than this appliance! Also, do not think for one second that you'll be sacrificing cleaning power for a low decibel level, because it's also an unrelenting cleaning machine. This passes the "peanut butter knife test", my north star for dishwasher success, and the one job that my previous appliance couldn't handle. It even opens itself at the end of the cycle to dry dishes in a flash! App support is something I never would have expected, but now is a feature I cannot live without. Overall, I am entirely satisfied, even thrilled, with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I may be easy to impress being that my most recent dishwasher was circa 1965 (yes really having moved into a fixer upper) however I did have a good dishwasher before moving so yes, I can fairly compare. I have zero complaints about this dishwasher. It’s quiet, it’s easy to load, it CLEANS well. My dishes come out clean, smooth, and free of any residue. And did I mention it’s quiet? As previously stated, my most recent dishwasher was from the 1960’s (totally retro) and it actually did work, however it sounded like a jet airplane taking off! I would have to turn up the TV in the next room when that clunker was running. With this dishwasher, I literally heard nothing. I could only tell it was on from the small glowing light. Also totally worth mentioning is loading this is a breeze. It’s actually designed to hold dishes, pans, glasses, etc. And I love the third rack which is great for serving utensils; can covers, and other flat items. I enthusiastically recommend this dishwasher!
