i was so happy to purchase this to find out when it got delivered to my door. i opened the package and was unwrapping the tape and plastic and then i opened the dishwasher and the 2nd middle rack was leaning on rh side and there was a white piece as shown in picture that was laying on the bottom surface. so its not attached to the rh side on the track,on the a surface of dishwasher . who ever maufactured these appliances,are not checking them before and after they are made they need a quality control and who ever is delivering it is driving reckless and damaging the products . i wouldnt reccommend this to anyone. waste of time and money spent. this is a wrong way to do buisness and you will be hearing from bbb soon.

We purchased this dishwasher at the end of December. In the middle of April it gave mean error “PC” and it won’t run through a cycle. The repair man says he had to order a part and I have to wait another week before I can even schedule it to be fixed. Maybe it is just me, but should t it last longer than 4 months before I have to call service?

Because they sent it and right away had to be repaired small issue they didn’t set the bearing right on top rack and it fell apart. So it was more of a final check that for them a 4.7 instead of a 5. Love it this works great. Had to get use to it popping open when done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is, by far, the quietest one I have ever owned. Using the door open feature helps dry the plastics quicker. During the last 10 minutes of drying, the door opens a couple inches to allow the steam out. We also really like the 3rd shelf on top for the silverware. It leaves the bottom rack open for more plates and bowls. So far, the linear wash system is working great. I wasn't sure about it getting a dishwasher with a new style of washing system, but so far so good. I wish it had a food grinder like my much older dishwasher had. If my son loads the dishes with whole pieces of food, then I have to pull the screen out to clean. He's doing better at rinsing off the large food bits.

Now you can watch TV and not even know that the dishwasher is running. And yes, this washes the dishes better and cleaner and is every efficient too.

The Wifi and Smart things app work great together, I'm even notified on my Samsung 82" tv that the dishwasher is done. Also, it looks great with my Samsung Range and Family Hub Refrigerator. I highly recommend this dishwasher along with all the other Samsung appliances.

Not only is it beautiful to look at, but it really cleans my dishes, cutlery, and other items very well. I linked it to the Smart Things app on my phone, and not only does it notify me when my the cycle is finished, but it also plays a very pleasant tune when it is finished.

It is completely silent when running and I have to keep checking since I’m used to a noisy old dishwasher. It is fingerprint resistant and easy to keep clean. Three racks make this everything Ive ever wanted in a dishwasher but never had! I have told everyone I know to upgrade to this model!

biggest piece of junk that I've ever wasted $1,000 on. And the only thing worse that a dishwasher that keeps breaking down? The horrid (non) support from Samsung. Surprise, surprise, there are no 'authorized' warranty repair providers within 50 miles (I'm in a major metro area, it's not like I'm the only house on the end of a dirt road on top of a mountain)
