[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first, if you are in the market for a new dishwasher I highly recommend this one. I recently bought my first home, so I have been slowly updating the appliances that came with the house. This is by far my favorite purchase. There is so much room inside and I can fit a full load of pots, plates, dishes, and glasses and still have room! The fact it is fingerprint resistant is amazing since I have young children who like to touch everything. Now on to my two all time favorite parts of this dishwasher. To say it’s quiet is an understatement. I honestly forget it’s running because you can’t hear anything from it! I am beyond impressed it’s so silent! Next is there top third rack. I absolutely love it!! I have a lot of large spoons and spatulas and having this option leaves more room on the second rack for more glasses! I have already recommended this dishwasher to family and friends!

The color looks great with my new off-white cabinets. The dishwasher itself cleans very well. It has plenty of features and options. I have to get use to the door popping open when drying. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher and did not request installation. One way, I am glad I did; another way, I disappointed that I did not. The dishwasher is set up for the sink cabinet to be on the left side. My cabinet is on the right. With minor modification to the back of the dishwasher, I was able to route the drain hose to the right. It works great onece installed.

Bought this a few months ago (maybe 6) and I’m already having problems. The cleaning arm that water comes out of came off. I put it back on but it has come out again so I’ll need to call it in to get service. I love Samsung but this dishwasher is not well made. I wish I’d believed the negative comments I read before spending so much on this. It is quiet and washes well but if a main part is already falling off then I can’t imagine the rest of it will last. Such a disappointment

i love the dishwasher. the problem is with the display panel. i noticed a black area on it yesterday and started to clean it then the spot spread and is huge. i.m guessing the chrome rubbed off. all i used was a paper towel and dish soap, i need a replacement panel if that.s possible. please advise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an old GE Dishwasher with this unit. It was rated among the quietest models in the store, and it made a HUGE difference! The function that opens the door to vent the steam surprised us a little in the beginning, but the drying definitely benefits as a result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the look of this dishwasher but I keep getting LC errors. It’s only been in the house for 7 months and I have a service call in for it. When it works it’s whisper quite. The other issue I have is with the drying process, I often have to pull the dishes out and hand dry them. And the last issue I have is being able to connect this to wifi. For the reasons above I cannot recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a set. The linear wash feature gets my dishes so clean it's almost hard to believe if I didn't see it with my own eyes. Great dishwasher! Highly recommend. Also the racks adjust accordingly up and down if you have larger items to wash.

We just had this dishwasher installed yesterday and I have to say I love the look, feel, and design of it but I am very disappointed that it does not have a light inside the unit. Before we purchased this dishwasher we did our research and homework. Every video that Samsung shows for this product has a light inside of it which was an AMAZING feature especially for us because the dishwasher location is in a corner furthest away from our overhead lighting. Please stop advertising things that are not there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased a Samsung kitchen appliance package back in Nov or Dec of last year, 2019. I love the sleek lines, how quiet the wash cycle is but unfortunately this model doesn't clean nearly as well as it should. I should of gone with a different model. A friend had said the same thing and I should of listened. I have a good mind to contact the manufacturer.
