I want to love this dishwasher, really I do...BUT I have had 2 different machines delivered and both have the middle rack completely off the track. All the little ball-bearings were in the bottom of the dishwasher so that rack actually was sitting on the bottom rack. It's been extremely frustrating. I don't know if this is a design flaw, a manufacturer defect or just bad luck twice. I'm waiting on my delivery of now a third machine so hopefully thrid times a charm? Fingers crossed because if not I will be returning to the original place purchased and going with a completely different brand. That is not ideal since we have been changing out all our appliances to Samsung and our stove, microwave, washer and dryer have already been purchaed. Only time will tell.

This dishwasher does not clean well. I have one dirty cup/plate/bowl from every 2 washes. Then it stopped working after 4 months of moderate use. Repair is going to take 19 days, which means 10 hours of hand washing and extra money to eat at restaurants to avoid using too many dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dishwasher gad a PC error code one month after purchase. Samsung service came out and said they couldn’t fix it and it needed a part. Then they decided to just give us a new dishwasher. We elected for a refund instead. It’s a bummer because we really liked the dishwasher at first.

I would just say that there’s a funky smell when it washes the dishes after and I’ve tried different products but it still has a weird smell. Also, I feel like for the amount this machine costs, installation should be free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this dishwasher it is so quiet you can’t tell that it’s on unless you look at the display. The dishes come out extraordinarily clean as well. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

I bought this as a gift for my parents because theirs was on the fritz and now im jealous and i want one now. You can set it to your phone and it will tell uou when the dishes are dirty or clean in case you forget if you started it, among other things. You can adust the prongs in the dishwasher to best accommodate your dish needs. It has many jets for optimum cleaning. It has 3 different drawers. When the dishwasher is done it will automatically pop open to release the steam. Extremely quiet.

DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG DISHWASHER!!! I got a PC error after a year. Samsung IT basically said I’m screwed and will have to pay for repairs. Even when it was working it wasn’t that great. I read the reviews that this was not the best but thought I would get it because it is a Samsung brand. BIG MISTAKE!

Technicians from a company called RXO were sent to install it. When they left, it displayed the status code 4C every time, which it has done every time since. The technician knew it displayed the code every time, and that the dishwasher did not work, but he left anyway. 3 weeks later, after I persistently bothered them, they sent another crew who...also said they couldn't fix it. Don't buy this or any other dishwasher from Sam's.

got this dishwasher for 4 months and it is already giving problem, trying to request service, and not being able to do it online, keeps saying that is a service request already open for it, and ask to call 1 800 samsung, dates for service available is only 6 days available in a whole month and none of these days is good for us... this has been a very very frustration. machine when turned on gives 3 beeps for 5 or 6 times, before starting to work, once the cycle is finished dishes are not clean and not dried.
