Whisper Quiet Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced our 4 year old Frigidaire basic dishwasher with the Samsung Linear Wash 39db dishwasher and couldn’t be more happier. The Samsung dishwasher works very well, when it’s on and running you can actually watch tv/movie without it being part of the sound effects. With the Smart Things app you can control it and view when you need to run the clean cycle which is helpful. The fit and finish is excellent, very modern and it shows how much time is left to finish a cycle. Love the ample space and third tack for additional items. The dishes, cups, pans, etc. come out very clean, I’ve never had any issues so far with dirty dishes.
Bad experience - broker after 3 months.
I bought this dishwasher back in May, at the 3rd month exactly we started to get error lights (LC) which apparently is a drain error. And started leaking from the front door. I have scheduled a repair that is coming next week, but after reading all the other comments, I am starting to lose hope in Samsung's ability to repair.

Amazing features with smart connections
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new house with this dishwasher and other Samsung appliances, which are also great. The extra silverware drawer and smart notifications (on our phones and even in the fridge) are great features. Dishes are always spotless too!
Best dishwasher we’ve ever owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher in December, 2021. Tho machine is great! It’s quiet and all the dishes come out spotless! Plus, it’s connected to the Smartthings home IOT platform and we get at automatic notifications! It’s cool and informative.
Samsung appliances, a real waste of money
What a waste of time, and money!! I would never recommend it. Parts are super expensive, not worth it. Less than three years, done! Samsung should keep doing TV and phones, but don't do appliances please. Refrigerator ice maker is another waste of money. Don't buy any Samsung dishwasher. Warranty 👎🏻

Buyer beware
just after the one year warranty expired, this dishwasher started to display several error codes and wouldn't complete a cycle. many parts/repair attempts were unsuccessful at getting it working. do yourself a favor and purchase a more trustworthy brand.

Here's a reference list so you can identify what the problem is and what steps are needed. Some errors can be resolved on your own with some light troubleshooting so you can get your dishwasher back in working order again. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. Dryer not drying clothes: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01000999/ If your laundry isn't coming out fully dry, a dirty moisture sensor could be the cause, particularly if you're using an automatic drying cycle. The moisture sensor bars work by reading a current that is created when the bars get wet from the wet clothes in the dryer. DON'T BUY THIS DISHWASER!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine repaired twice for contol panel no working. After the 2nd repair the installer would not reattach to cabinet. He stated that he would not be responsible for reattaching because Samsung would not be liable for install only repair.

Top Rack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The over all dishwasher is nice. It's very quite. But the top rack is very flimsy, if you don't push on it in the middle, It goes in crooked. Install was very easy, very easy to level. The dishwasher is well built, but the top rack. I would recommend to others don't waste your money on the others out there. I only gave 3 stars on design, do the top rack. There is always room for improvement. Fix the top rack slides and you get a perfect 5 stars.
Great dishwasher and so quite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great dishwasher and very quite, however one thing that I don't like is that the express wash would take 60 minutes which is a long time comparing with other dishwasher. (Express wash is usually take between 29 minutes up to 40 minutes not 60 minutes)
Disappointed-Auto Release Dry function not working
i bought samsung dishwasher (model dw80r9950ug/aa) on november of 2022 (christmas present from me to me). i’ve made sure to enable the auto release dry function by selecting “a1” option on the dishwasher but yet auto release dry function has only worked twice since i bought the dishwasher. i am very disappointed, not understanding why the auto release dry function is not working.
