Bought/installed this dishwasher March 2023. Everything was great until a few weeks ago and the dubious “LC” error code appeared. Troubleshooting hasn’t helped the situation. Now back to handwashing until the issue is resolved. Like others, wishing I had gone with another brand.

I was looking for a dishwasher that was quiet and had a top row for silverware. This dishwasher is that and more. I can be in the kitchen with it running and I have to turn and look at it to be sure it is on that’s how quiet it is! I never pre wash dishes and they always come out clean!

I bought this Model 2 years ago and had to replace the “electric board” $450 dollars, then the board did not “communicate” with the machine and a tech supposedly fixed that $200 now the soap is not dispensing. I have paid for this machine twice. And the repair techs are stumped. I wish I can NOT recommend this machine to anyone. I think Samsung should replace the machine as a lemon but reading the reviews; others have had seminar experiences

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an identical replacement for a purchase December of '22 which had an issue with the soap door opening. Replaced late last fall, works great so far, time will tell. Dish rack layout not as good as our old machine from another MFR. but works way better. Dishes get cleaner, remarkably quiet. Easy to clean filter.

less than 3 months into using the dishwasher it starts giving us trouble. mid-cycle it'll get stuck and won't progress. then we run it and when we wake up and it's back to the original start time like it never ran. called samsung and they send someone out but the problem is there is no error code and it's an intermittent problem so it doesn't happen when the repair person comes. he says the waterwall arm was loose, fixed it and said it would be resolved. two weeks later happens again. get the same questions and now i have another repair person coming. samsung doesn't seem likely to replace this unit, just keep sending repairmen. this shouldn't be happening to a unit less than 6 months old. i’ll likely end up buying a new unit (different brand) and lose $900. should have bought an lg.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dishwasher is so quiet you have to be directly in front of it and listen closely to hear it. the door pops open when the cycle is complete so the steam does not leave water spots. does a fantastic

It is completely silent when running and I have to keep checking since I’m used to a noisy old dishwasher. It is fingerprint resistant and easy to keep clean. Three racks make this everything Ive ever wanted in a dishwasher but never had! I have told everyone I know to upgrade to this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a set. The linear wash feature gets my dishes so clean it's almost hard to believe if I didn't see it with my own eyes. Great dishwasher! Highly recommend. Also the racks adjust accordingly up and down if you have larger items to wash.

i love the dishwasher. the problem is with the display panel. i noticed a black area on it yesterday and started to clean it then the spot spread and is huge. i.m guessing the chrome rubbed off. all i used was a paper towel and dish soap, i need a replacement panel if that.s possible. please advise.
