[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher 6 months ago. It never fails to impress us! Does a great job getting dishes washed. The inside of the dishwasher is beautiful. The adjusting 2nd row is great for the times we have some really big plates. The adjustable parts of the trays makes it great for fitting and holding odd shaped pieces. The 3rd row is just wonderful. The integration with SmartThings is impressive and provides great information during the use.

very quiet, really very quiet, first time i started it i was convinced it was not working! top shelf is great, foldable bottom shelf is great for large bowls etc. standard wash is 2.5 hours, there is a 60 minute option which i use most often. smart control allows you to control via phone and see how many washes you have done plus when to run the self clean. front display shows time left on wash, auto door open when finished works great. linear wash really cleans everything well, glasses etc. more expensive than other options but for me well worth the cost for a premium washer.

I spent 2 days trying to get it work, only was advised to go you*tube and typed the model number and see there, but those are users as I some experienced and thorough and some not I was looking something more professional Disappointed in technical and professional representation

The dirtiest of pans come out very clean, it has an “Auto” setting to detect the necessary cycle to use which is great. You can control the dishwasher and receive notifications once a cycle is complete using the SmartThings app, which is very convenient. I like how it shows the time left on a cycle visibly on the unit, no more guessing when the dishwasher is done. The clips to lower the top third rack look flimsy and I hope they will last. By default once a cycle is complete the door automatically opens to assist with drying, just a quick note, the door will not close for two minutes after it opens, but you can turn this feature off if you prefer. Overall, this dishwasher is sleek, plenty of settings to pick from, quiet enough to run while watching a movie. and leaves things sparkling clean.

Have it for 9 months, it's quiet, it washes well. But 2-3 months into service door stopped opening for proper drying, at the end of cycle. Quick Google search showed it's a very common problem. Auto test didn't show any problem, smart app doesn't show any problem. It just stopped working. And it was one of the advertised features.

Not only is it beautiful to look at, but it really cleans my dishes, cutlery, and other items very well. I linked it to the Smart Things app on my phone, and not only does it notify me when my the cycle is finished, but it also plays a very pleasant tune when it is finished.

i was so happy to purchase this to find out when it got delivered to my door. i opened the package and was unwrapping the tape and plastic and then i opened the dishwasher and the 2nd middle rack was leaning on rh side and there was a white piece as shown in picture that was laying on the bottom surface. so its not attached to the rh side on the track,on the a surface of dishwasher . who ever maufactured these appliances,are not checking them before and after they are made they need a quality control and who ever is delivering it is driving reckless and damaging the products . i wouldnt reccommend this to anyone. waste of time and money spent. this is a wrong way to do buisness and you will be hearing from bbb soon.

The wash cycle was real quiet, to the extent I had to put an ear to the door to confirm that it was ON. Fell in love with it with that. We chose this model based on 4-5 key features. These ones really help us manage specific needs: o Flexible 3nd rack – this one really helps when the load consists of more than fair share of big or oversized pots and pans o Zone booster: Helps when you have over greasy or dirty pans o Linear wash system provides very good cleaning efficiency and the results are to be experienced. Coupled with the zone and speed booster, it offers great washing efficiencies o Sanitizer - an important feature for germaphobes and for ones who have small children at home o Half load option (lower rack only) and Express Cycle – this solved our challenge of having too little dishes for a full cycle of many a night. This coupled with the express cycle are very good features for small families. In addition to these it offers 7 different wash cycles and 8 options for your varied needs. A bunch of small nifty ones features which others may also like the adjustable tines for the odd shaped ones, auto release door for better drying efficiencies especially for plastic ware. The finger print resistant feature may look fancy, but besides refrigerator, the dishwasher is the perfect appliance to have it. To sum it up, if you are looking for a good top panel touch variant in a dishwasher, this one makes your decision easier, quietly!

Although I’d strictly used dishwashers for large family events or holidays in the past, the bevy of features made this model quite appealing. A couple wash cycles later and I’ve become not only comfortable but quite pleased with using this Samsung Smart Dishwasher, not only are the beeps and bloops it plays absolutely pleasant to the ear, but It also washes and dries our dishes far more efficiently and quietly than any dishwasher I’ve ever used previously. Sincerely, a former handwasher who’s fully converted to the joys of utilizing a dishwasher.

I am able to load the dishwasher and watch its progress off the SmartThings app. It has convenient roscos that adjust for different sized items. I love that you can use the silverware baskets at the bottom OR the tray that slides out on the very top.
