I was looking for a dishwasher that was quiet and had a top row for silverware. This dishwasher is that and more. I can be in the kitchen with it running and I have to turn and look at it to be sure it is on that’s how quiet it is! I never pre wash dishes and they always come out clean!

don't buy this crap. My floor and countertop are damaged because of this dishwasher! it leaks and gives too much heat to the countertop. samsung does not respond and does not want to help us.Samsung said we were using it wrong! LOL. There was no problem with the previous dishwasher (LG brand)

i bought this dishwasher in the last week of may. stopped working after a week, and i had 4 service calls from samsung since then. it stops mid-cycle and leaves dishes unclean. we are a family of 4, and we've been washing dishes by hand since then. i have spent hours talking to samsung support, and it has been a nightmare. i have been a samsung customer for over a decade. everything in my home is samsung. after this nightmarish experience, i will never buy samsung again. you have been warned. do not buy this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I ran my old dishwasher, it sounded like carpenters at work. The Samsung dishwasher is so quiet I have to listen very closely to know it’s running. Being notified on my phone app when it’s finished is icing on a very good cake.

This dishwasher does not clean well. I have one dirty cup/plate/bowl from every 2 washes. Then it stopped working after 4 months of moderate use. Repair is going to take 19 days, which means 10 hours of hand washing and extra money to eat at restaurants to avoid using too many dishes.

Fits pots, pans, the plates and bowls, with the third rack on top for our stainless steel cookware, spatulas, spoons, some knives. And cleans all of them very well. It does take some time to run, but it's well worth the wait. Not to mention the money we save on water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this dishwasher along with 3 other samsung matching appliances 6 months ago and have had a repairman out 5 times and still isn't usable or fixed. Have been without a usable dishwasher 2-3 of the months we've had it. Leaking issues, bottom drying bar fell off, now control panel needs to be replaced. Pretty frustrating experience that we are having issues with such a new product and that it still hasn't been fixed. Can't say I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The linear wash arm cleans so much better than the traditional rotating arm. We always use the auto cycle which determines the wash length based upon how soiled the dishes are and everything always ends up perfectly clean. We only rinse large food particles off of dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and never see any left over food residue. The zone booster works well for items with baked on food residue. Overall the dishwasher runs very quiet which is important to us because our kitchen is open to our family room. The two most pleasant surprises about this dishwasher are 1) the fingerprint proof black stainless steel which always looks clean and 2) the air dry feature which drys the dishes effectively without the intense heat from a heating element. This allows us to put more heat sensitive items in the dishwasher and on any shelf.
