[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher about a year ago and love it. It's super quiet, does a great job cleaning, and I can change the setting from my phone. What more can you ask for? We just remodeled our kitchen, and this was the only appliance we kept.

By God’s grace He built me a house. One year in the ice maker on my Family Hub had problems. Same year my Samsung dishwasher had issues, and now my washer is malfunctioning. Save your money for another brand. I’m tired of trying to get “All Things Samsung” repaired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago to replace a whirlpool. I wish I would have repaired the whirlpool or bought another whirlpool. The Samsung is very quiet but it seems to decrease the amount of space inside the dishwasher to accomplish this. I have to run this dishwasher more frequently than my old one to keep up with the dishes . The dishwasher frequently has an unpleasant smell even after cleaning the internal filters. The dishes for the most part are clean when they come out but they are not dry since there is no heated dry. If you are looking for a quiet dishwasher and don't have a ton of dirty dished this is the machine for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this late December 2020 as kind of gift for family. Did some on-line reviewing first. Nothing found negative besides those who are never happy. So took the plunge. Had it delivered and did the install myself. Easy when replacing an existing dishwasher. One item that was touted was the dryer ensuring dry even plastics by opening the door during the last few minutes of the cycle. Lets excess moisture out. This was not happening. Called for service as I could not see and reason it should not open. Service came and sited contact one side with cabinet. He left and I worked to center dishwasher. Also checked level side to side and back front. If anything favored tilted slightly leaning forward. The door now opens about half way. I guess this is enough because dishes and plastics are dry. Only things wet are things that turn up during wash cycle and capture water. I hardly rinse anything off and it always come out shiny clean. Oh quiet! Can you hear the dishwasher? No! That's the other thing it is very very quiet I would strongly recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking

It is so quite that we can watch TV, play cards or just sit and talk and you just can’t tell that it is running. I also like the network access to the dishwasher and the information it provides. We both know that when we walk up to the dishwasher and the door is open that the dishes inside are clean. I would definitely purchase this dishwasher again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because the last Samsung that I had the motor finally cut out after I had already replaced at once and this one is by far the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned you never know is running plus the fact that it's a smart dishwasher really helps out with being able to do being able to do self cleaning as well as picking out what's the best wash for the amount of dishes that I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is fantastic. It is intelligently set up and can handle a number of different configurations when loading it. When I say that you cant hear it when it is on, I mean that you absolutely CAN NOT hear it. It is deadly silent and on several occasions, I thought it wasn't running and I went to open it.

i love the dishwasher. the problem is with the display panel. i noticed a black area on it yesterday and started to clean it then the spot spread and is huge. i.m guessing the chrome rubbed off. all i used was a paper towel and dish soap, i need a replacement panel if that.s possible. please advise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good product. Very quite. Cleans everything very thorough. Only draw back is that the dishes are still wet after washing. The automatic door opening helps some but I still need to dry the dishes as they come out.
