[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far and away the best dishwasher i have ever owned. I have had Bosh and a swedish one can't remember the name and close to 7 others. This one is super quiet and beautiful to look at. Cleans thoroughly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I had to blast the TV in the evening to hear it over the builder's grade GE dishwasher we replaced. This Samsung unit is almost completely silent. It chimes to let us know it is finished, and we are like, What was THAT?! Lol. It washes great. The shelves glide in and out with ease. The ability to reposition the shelf height and positioning prongs makes it easy to fit any dish we have. It is a little expensive, but in this case, you can tell it is worth the extra money. Love it!

The third rack is perfect and being able to adjust the height on the middle deck has been used many more times than expected. Worth the price.

Technicians from a company called RXO were sent to install it. When they left, it displayed the status code 4C every time, which it has done every time since. The technician knew it displayed the code every time, and that the dishwasher did not work, but he left anyway. 3 weeks later, after I persistently bothered them, they sent another crew who...also said they couldn't fix it. Don't buy this or any other dishwasher from Sam's.

Unbelievable piece of garbage this machine has been. It cleans great when it works. The moisture sensors are giving errors every few days and have to clean dishes by hand until the sensor dries out. Main issue has been the leaks from the door. The door never latches like its supposed to and it leak from the door seal every other day. Sometimes its small leak and sometimes a big puddle on the tiles in the morning ( we run it at night). At this point. even a full refund wont make it right. This is supposed to be your best dishwasher. It is just terrible. Samsung- do better.,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as part of a kitchen upgrade. Not a heavy user as I live alone, but run a few loads on occasion. Easy to program, and so quiet you can barely hear that it started the wash cycle. Loading is generous, but the 3rd shelf does limit the size of cups or glasses that you can place in the second reach otherwise, it's five as expected. Definitely the quietest dishwasher I've had yet. Smart things is nice to pre program your wash cycle and to manage it's progress. So far, so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with this dishwasher. It is extremely quite does a great job on cleaning but most of all it dries plastic items !!!!!! I replaced a KitchenAid that was expensive and a piece of junk . it had problems 1 month after the 1 year warranty I had it repaired at my expense and it lasted about another 10 months before the same problem returned. I was a quiet unit but did not clean very well and there was water everywhere. This Samsung unit it great. I liked it so much I replaced my refrigerator with a Samsung unit. I love that appliance also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When properly installed, this dishwasher is essentially silent. We only know it is running with the digital display of time remaining. I love that it automatically vents the moist air by opening a few inches ten minutes before drying is complete. It also serves as a signal to my kids that the dishwasher is clean. Many other great features including adjustable racks, excellent cleaning power. My only complaint is the lack of a pre-wash soap tray, so we sprinkle a bit on the door per instructions, but that took some getting used to. Integrates well with SmartThings for checking status and reminders, but not great for remote control in most cases since you have to touch the dishwasher to use it.
