It is so quite we have to double check to make sure it is running. Looks sleek and fits under the counter beautifully.

The timer display on the front of the unit is very useful. While I did not think I'd use the wi-fi accessibility, it is actually a feature that I have found useful to make sure that a delayed start actually started. We were also pleasantly surprised when watching our Samsung TV and a notification popped up telling us that the dishwasher was done running (we didn't do anything other than connect the dishwasher to our wi-fi network). It took a while to figure out exactly how to load the dishes in the racks to avoid some dishes coming out dirty, but overall this unit cleans very well. It even handles very dirty pots/pans like a champ!

There is more room to load dishes. The filter is easier to access and clean out. Our family is very pleased with our new Samsung dishwasher.

less than 3 months into using the dishwasher it starts giving us trouble. mid-cycle it'll get stuck and won't progress. then we run it and when we wake up and it's back to the original start time like it never ran. called samsung and they send someone out but the problem is there is no error code and it's an intermittent problem so it doesn't happen when the repair person comes. he says the waterwall arm was loose, fixed it and said it would be resolved. two weeks later happens again. get the same questions and now i have another repair person coming. samsung doesn't seem likely to replace this unit, just keep sending repairmen. this shouldn't be happening to a unit less than 6 months old. i’ll likely end up buying a new unit (different brand) and lose $900. should have bought an lg.

The outer covering also cracked-from what we assume is the heat from the dry cycle-it would’ve cost too much to replace it, so we will deal with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lifelong practicioner of dishwashing by hand, I was apprehensive about purchasing a top-of-the-line model, but after viewing the Samsung Smart Dishwasher in person and being impressed with the ingenious addition of a silverware rack, I figured this new appliance may be worthwhile after all. Although I’d strictly used dishwashers for large family events or holidays in the past, the bevy of features made this model quite appealing. A couple wash cycles later and I’ve become not only comfortable but quite pleased with using this Samsung Smart Dishwasher, not only are the beeps and bloops it plays absolutely pleasant to the ear, but It also washes and dries our dishes far more efficiently and quietly than any dishwasher I’ve ever used previously. Sincerely, a former handwasher who’s fully converted to the joys of utilizing a dishwasher.

Although very quiet it does not clean well. The automatic die open feature at the end of the wash cycle is Internittant, so it is leaving the door closed and dishes wet.

We have been using it for about a month now and absolutely love it. Not only does it look amazing in our newly renovated kitchen, it cleans to perfection. Syncing with SmartThings is a great option and allows us to keep track of the amount of cycles, drying agent levels, and also if we need to run a cleaning cycle; it helps make the maintenance of the machine easy. The only slight negative is that it could dry the dishes a little better. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

Also, it plays different melodies when you press eash button. It has a countdown clock for each cycle and opens the door when the drying cycle starts, lettinh out the steam.
