The motor for the water wall did fail after a few years which was really unfortunate, would have been nice if they'd send the part under warranty instead of making you pay for the repair man and then get the part free of charge.

It’s so quiet you can’t even hear it running, also the stainless steel inside helps with any-types of Odor or musty smell. I love how high tech this dishwasher is it automatically opens at the end of each cycle to let steam out. The look of the dishwasher is a bonus super modern and sleek. Hands down the best dishwasher on the market.

If you are going to buy this make sure to buy an extended warranty. Mine died at 3.5 years of life :( The problem is with their water wall, after use the seal gets damaged and starts to leak which causes the dishwasher to trip. This part might be covered under the 5 year part warranty but you have to use their service which is min 150trip fee plus 60n hour just to tell you what's wrong then another free and hourly for install of the part. Don't buy it. If you are here because your dishwasher keeps tripping you will need part dd97-0048d I bought a new house and bought all Samsung, fridge, induction, microwave, hood, washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. Really hoping the other ones don't start to break.

I do like the smart things feature as it will alert you when the cycle is complete on all Samsung devices. Now the kids don't have an excuse to put away the dishes.

If watching television on my Samsung TV, it seamlessly notifies me that my dishes have finished right on the TV! I little notification pops up. The shelves adjust in many different ways to accommodate different loads of dishes. Everything comes out sparkling! I highly recommend this dishwasher.

WE brought our dishwasher exactly one year ago today. It was added to our products owned list at that time. It was installed about 2 weeks later. The linear arm does not track well and dishes come out dirty. Warranty expired in September for a machine purchased in November...not even a year of warranty. Have tried several times to do the on-line request for service and the site will not let me go past the first screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the point of a dishwasher doing its job well, is to not have anything to say about it - which I don't. We knew what we were getting aesthetically and specifically chose this model for its clean front and pocket handle; it did not disappoint. It's incredibly incredibly quiet, much like we expected from its rating, but I don't think we realized just HOW quiet 39dBA was until we went to operate it for the first time and my wife thought it was not turning on. It's about 18 months in and running well, at one use per week, so time will tell, but we really really enjoy this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I had to blast the TV in the evening to hear it over the builder's grade GE dishwasher we replaced. This Samsung unit is almost completely silent. It chimes to let us know it is finished, and we are like, What was THAT?! Lol. It washes great. The shelves glide in and out with ease. The ability to reposition the shelf height and positioning prongs makes it easy to fit any dish we have. It is a little expensive, but in this case, you can tell it is worth the extra money. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Dishwasher to replace out 18 year Samsung unit. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the ability for this model to clean the dishes. Apparently, the Linear Wash is not yet perfected. We did decide to stick with Samsung and returned this unit for the typical rotary Wash model. We are very pleased with our choice.
