This Samsung Dishwasher is a huge upgrade to our old dishwasher. I just can’t believe how I feel I am blessed and making a smart decision to upgrade. I will straight get into the best stuff. 1. Quite: This is a very quiet dishwasher. Something that I never expected a dishwasher can be. I mean it’s really quiet. The first wash I literally had to pause the dishwasher just to check whether it was working or not. Now I know why it’s called Whisper quite 2. Design: Very cool design. I have bought the Tuscan Stainless-steel model. The cool thing is that in daylight it looks like grey color and in the night light it looks like the actual Tuscan color. No fingerprint whatsoever. Really love the design. Also, since everything is stainless steel inside and outside you don’t need to worry much about cleaning or the inside material getting discolored. It fitted perfectly in my old dishwasher location. The only thing you should keep in mind that this dishwasher I fully packed and there is no extra space underneath or behind. So as long as there is just a plug behind you are good. It has a time display which is pretty bright. Very useful in the night when everything is quiet, and the kitchen light is off. There is a lot of space. there is enough sectional space for spoons, big vessels as well as there has a separate rack on the top for your big cooking spoons, spatulas. 3. Cleaning: I will tell you honestly with my old dishwasher I had to wash my plates and vessels at least once before pouting them inside the dishware to make sure it cleans well. We use a lot of spices, oil. Most of the time our food is sticky enough that needs extra hand washing. To my surprise, the Samsung dishwasher has an amazing cleaning power that I never expected from a dishwasher. Even though it is very silent it cleans whatever you put inside thoroughly. I mean my plates literally shine now after every wash. Towards the end of the wash it dries everything inside hence there is no water drop on anything. I use the tide pods for my dishwasher 4. What I Love: There are a lot of modes that you can use. But my favorite is the 60-minute mode. Which is good enough to clean my dishes. Love that this dishwasher has Wi-Fi. Hence, I can connect to smart things app and manage my dishwashing, I can easily schedule my dishwasher to start and end. I love the door self-eject option when washing and drying is complete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple months ago and so far it’s done wonderfully. I will say at first it did scare me though. It started saying it was leaking (false alarm) but after resetting it, it stopped. As far as people saying it doesn’t clean well. We haven’t had this issue but we also rinse off our dishes first to prevent the dishwasher from getting super dirty and blocked up with food so that may be why.

Can't get any assistance in figuring out why I cannot start my dishwasher remotely. I'm told it should go into standby mode which would allow the wifi to stay connected but whenever the power automatically goes off, I lose connection. Not sure what the point of wifi/smart control is if I have to physically turn the dishwasher on each time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We redid our kitchen and bought the whole Samsung Tuscan appliances. I love each one of them. Dishwasher love the top rack and it’s so quiet. Stove love the air fry option and the fact I can turn on and off with the wifi connect. Fridge gotta say I love the family hub. Lastly the microwave it’s roomy looks nice works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 weeks ago, easy installation. The dishwasher is so quiet, I have to depend on the time left in cycle to confirm that it is running. Dishes, pots and pans stem ware all come out clean. Great lading features, especially the extra top rack.

i have had this dishwasher for 6 months now. every time i use it since the first day it was installed, i have to use the heavy mode to remotely get my dishes cleaned. the top rack doesn't stay pulled out to put dishes in. i have to keep pulling it back out after each dish i put in. the third rack doesn't clean my utensils at all! they dont fit in the silverware bins even with the top rack raised all the way up. and when i raise the top rack up with bowls or small plates, they get stuck to the 3rd rack. the black "stainless steel" doesn't clean well with stainless steel cleaner, it is always smudged. i wish i would have went with another brand, but i also bought the fridge and the microwave to match. i guess that's what happens when a deal is too good to be true.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it for a year and I can say it does a great job on dishes and is very quiet. Unfortunately we have had two warranty claims, once of which took four visits to correct. So I am concerned about how long it will really last. Get an extended warranty and if you are okay with some bugs, it is a solid buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The linear wash arm cleans so much better than the traditional rotating arm. We always use the auto cycle which determines the wash length based upon how soiled the dishes are and everything always ends up perfectly clean. We only rinse large food particles off of dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and never see any left over food residue. The zone booster works well for items with baked on food residue. Overall the dishwasher runs very quiet which is important to us because our kitchen is open to our family room. The two most pleasant surprises about this dishwasher are 1) the fingerprint proof black stainless steel which always looks clean and 2) the air dry feature which drys the dishes effectively without the intense heat from a heating element. This allows us to put more heat sensitive items in the dishwasher and on any shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this dishwasher hasn't missed a single spot on a dish or glass. I'm very impressed with the performance for this type of dishwasher. One thing that really had me excited when I realized that when the cycle is over, the door actually pops open to help aid in drying. I think this is genius! No more waiting extremely long times for drying to finish. The only issue I ran into may have been specific to my situation. When I first installed it into my dishwasher slot, I had to raise the front of it very high to get contact with the bottom of the counter so it'd be secured. This was so high that the front end tilt caused the racks to slide back into the dishwasher if pulled out and left out. There's no way to adjust the height in the back so I ended up having to put a 3/4" MDF board onto the floor where the dishwasher stood so that I didn't need to raise the front so high to secure it and that solved the problem. Really no issue once I realized what I needed to do but it would have been better if the back could also raise up to counter raising up the front. I guess my dishwasher "slot" was just cut too tall, although it never had an issue with other dishwashers. I still love this thing! It cleans better than any dishwasher I've ever had.

very quiet, really very quiet, first time i started it i was convinced it was not working! top shelf is great, foldable bottom shelf is great for large bowls etc. standard wash is 2.5 hours, there is a 60 minute option which i use most often. smart control allows you to control via phone and see how many washes you have done plus when to run the self clean. front display shows time left on wash, auto door open when finished works great. linear wash really cleans everything well, glasses etc. more expensive than other options but for me well worth the cost for a premium washer.
