We've had many other dishwashers with some costing more than twice as much as our Samsung dishwasher. However, none of those performed as well, offered as many options, or cleaned our dishes perfectly each time - streak free! Plus, this dishwasher operates so quietly that we find ourselves questioning whether we started the cycle! I am very, very happy with our choice!

this unit is less than one year old. for the first few months it did a fine job. i’ve always taken care to rinse dishes before putting into dw. now, even using the “heavy duty” cycle i find some items that don’t even look like they were washed. the filter is properly maintained, and very hot water is supplied to the unit. now i’m trying to decide what brand to switch to that will provided acceptable results. we have other samsung products; ie refrigerator, tv, phones, that seem to be good quality. i purchased this dw based on the quality of other samsung products. this is not a happy customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically spend a lot of time researching before I make a purchase on larger appliances. I was a little nervous when making my final decision. I will say I have no regrets. There is only 1 thing that is a little bit of a character flaw in my book. The control buttons are pressure sensitive. If my hands are wet in any way, the sensors won't kick on. I have to make sure my fingers stre completely dry. But hey.. no biggie. I can deal with it b/c I LOVE my dishwasher!!! Thanks Samsung!

I placed an order on this dishwahser, which Sam's ships directly from Samsung. After a month of waiting, no one knows where my order is, including the shipping company RXO. The incompetence level of this appliance department is ming blowing. Just get it somehwere else. This advice is coming from a Sam's loyal customer of more than 25 years...

Love how clean everything comes out and when dishes are done the door opens to let steam out and dry quicker. Also you know the dishes are clean when the door is open. We leave it open until someone empties it. If it’s not running and door is closed we know it’s dirty. Notifies our phone and tv when it’s done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dishwasher gad a PC error code one month after purchase. Samsung service came out and said they couldn’t fix it and it needed a part. Then they decided to just give us a new dishwasher. We elected for a refund instead. It’s a bummer because we really liked the dishwasher at first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing! We no longer need to wash our dishes before using our dishwasher thanks to this one. It cleans even the stuck on food off our dishes and it does so quietly. It even opens at the end of the cycle to let out the steam so no more scalding steam in our faces when we go to unload. Also love that it is controllable through our phones. Just a truly amazing dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher a few months back. It cleans great, but I'm currently waiting on my third service call to troubleshoot a 'LC' error code. We spent too much on this unit to be washing dishes by hand.
