Bought this a few months ago (maybe 6) and I’m already having problems. The cleaning arm that water comes out of came off. I put it back on but it has come out again so I’ll need to call it in to get service. I love Samsung but this dishwasher is not well made. I wish I’d believed the negative comments I read before spending so much on this. It is quiet and washes well but if a main part is already falling off then I can’t imagine the rest of it will last. Such a disappointment

The dishwasher cleans just fine. You have to make sure that you push the top rack that holds drinking glasses so that it engages with the connection in the back. It takes a bit of force. If you do not get it connected the dishwasher will leak all over the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The linear wash arm cleans so much better than the traditional rotating arm. We always use the auto cycle which determines the wash length based upon how soiled the dishes are and everything always ends up perfectly clean. We only rinse large food particles off of dishes before putting them in the dishwasher and never see any left over food residue. The zone booster works well for items with baked on food residue. Overall the dishwasher runs very quiet which is important to us because our kitchen is open to our family room. The two most pleasant surprises about this dishwasher are 1) the fingerprint proof black stainless steel which always looks clean and 2) the air dry feature which drys the dishes effectively without the intense heat from a heating element. This allows us to put more heat sensitive items in the dishwasher and on any shelf.

When my 20 year old dishwasher starting failing, I started looking at reviews for a new one. I decided to look at quality, noise level, features, repair statistics, owner reviews and, of course, cost. No matter how hard I tried to give the edge to the brand I had always used the top pick always came back to Samsung. I took a chance and placed the order and I couldn't be happier. This dishwasher is amazingly quiet and does an exceptional job cleaning the dishes and silverware. I know where I'll be looking when it's time for my next appliance to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is just absolutely fantastic, it is so quiet. Love the adjustable shelves and the vent to dry is awesome. Dishes are always clean and dry now. Plus we san watch TV while it is going and not hear it running. Smart Control is very cool.

We bought ours this summer and I absolutely love it, I have bought several dishwashers over the last few years and I can say this is the best one out of all of them. You can’t go wrong in purchasing this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with this dishwasher. It is extremely quite does a great job on cleaning but most of all it dries plastic items !!!!!! I replaced a KitchenAid that was expensive and a piece of junk . it had problems 1 month after the 1 year warranty I had it repaired at my expense and it lasted about another 10 months before the same problem returned. I was a quiet unit but did not clean very well and there was water everywhere. This Samsung unit it great. I liked it so much I replaced my refrigerator with a Samsung unit. I love that appliance also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features of this unit, and it works really well. I had shifted from a Bosch and found this unit to be a bit more "flimsy" but it doesn't affect the cleaning. I do wonder if it will last as long though...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this a little over a month and run it almost everyday through the work week. The loudest part of the cleaning cycle is when it drains into the disposal. It is so quiet it is hard to believe it is working. I was skeptical about the door opening at the end to help dry, but everything comes out with no moisture at all (except plastic containers if the held standing water) and very clean with no debris or streaks.

There is more room to load dishes. The filter is easier to access and clean out. Our family is very pleased with our new Samsung dishwasher.
