[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The over all dishwasher is nice. It's very quite. But the top rack is very flimsy, if you don't push on it in the middle, It goes in crooked. Install was very easy, very easy to level. The dishwasher is well built, but the top rack. I would recommend to others don't waste your money on the others out there. I only gave 3 stars on design, do the top rack. There is always room for improvement. Fix the top rack slides and you get a perfect 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher. Love the silverware tray at the top- gets the silverware really clean and without the need to pre scrub. Surprisingly quiet wash cycle. Wasn't sure at first about the tones that accompany startup and finish of the cycle. But, I see that you can turn them off if you want and now I am getting used to them and really find them helpful. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Pros: install was quick and simple by myself, quiet is an understatement (I had my ear against it the first day it ran to make sure it worked), auto open door helps drying so much more than I would have thought, it cleans everything the first time around unlike my last machine Cons: my flatware is fat at the base making loading it in the 3rd rack or the caddy difficult (of the slots on the caddy were bigger or my flatware was a normal size this wouldn't matter), if it experiences a power loss the wifi may mess up and getting it connected again can be a slight pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced our 4 year old Frigidaire basic dishwasher with the Samsung Linear Wash 39db dishwasher and couldn’t be more happier. The Samsung dishwasher works very well, when it’s on and running you can actually watch tv/movie without it being part of the sound effects. With the Smart Things app you can control it and view when you need to run the clean cycle which is helpful. The fit and finish is excellent, very modern and it shows how much time is left to finish a cycle. Love the ample space and third tack for additional items. The dishes, cups, pans, etc. come out very clean, I’ve never had any issues so far with dirty dishes.

Then they decided to just give us a new dishwasher. We elected for a refund instead. It’s a bummer because we really liked the dishwasher at first.

It’s only been in the house for 7 months and I have a service call in for it. When it works it’s whisper quite. The other issue I have is with the drying process, I often have to pull the dishes out and hand dry them. And the last issue I have is being able to connect this to wifi. For the reasons above I cannot recommend this product.

Redid my whole kitchen in samsung black stainless. Fingerprint proofing is a joke. All the plastic gets so hot it bends inside and all the stupid useless features fall off. Drawers slide in and out rough need to line it up perfectly. Had best buy swap it out twice.

I find this dishwasher well exceeded my expectation. The stainless steel interior maintains it's immaculate condition. With three trays it can be well loaded up while maintaining good organization. Everything washes really well, easy to use and the WiFi functions are great. The best is how quiet it is. It hard to tell that it's working..
