[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit because it was labelled as the quietest DW out there. My wife has issues with her hearing and quiet was a top priority. This exceeded our expectations. If it wasn't for the outside display you would not even know it is running.

It was still all wrapped up and went to install it and there is a huge dent in the front. This was done at the factory and packaged this way, very disappointed in quality control. Our new fridge was damaged too! Here I have paid for appliances I can’t use.

We selected Samsung's Linear wash dishwasher because it had a lot going for it between features and positive reviews and now having lived with it for three months and the myriad conditions that quarantine-life with two small kids could throw at it, this dishwasher has stood tall and delivered! No spots on anything from any cycle, a 1 hour speed cycle that actually accomplishes the task when more than half-full, cleaned items are pretty well dry at the end of each cycle AND it can provide alerts through the Samsung Smart Things app- we're getting our money's worth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke Smart Dishwasher is by far the best I have ever owned. The features built into this dishwasher are innovative and fantastic! Like the auto dry cycle where the dishwasher has an air blower built into the unit, and in the final stages of the drying process, the door automatically opens about 5 inches to allow the steam out, and the air blower continues to run for a short period to ensure all water droplets are completely dried off the dishes. Also, it is so quiet that you must listen carefully to know if the dishwasher is running. I have had other high-end dishwashers in the past, and the Bespoke Smart Dishwasher ranks well above the others I have owned.

The connectivity with Samsung Smartthings is nice to monitor the current wash cycle, self cleaning history. Energy usage, loading guide, and even customize the wash settings.

4 months in the unit started leaking around the door. no authorized service in our area, 30 minutes from the twin cities. they said they would give me credit to buy a new one. the credit they offered was the purchase price. we bought the unit on sale and got an additional discount for buying the entire package. doesn't matter, i am not only the hook for disconnecting and reconnecting the new one, but also the difference in cost for a four month old dishwasher that is under full warranty. how is that an acceptable resolution? we have purchased the same kitchen package and a laundry suit for out new home that we will now be returning because i will not deal with this again.

DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG DISHWASHER!!! I got a PC error after a year. Samsung IT basically said I’m screwed and will have to pay for repairs. Even when it was working it wasn’t that great. I read the reviews that this was not the best but thought I would get it because it is a Samsung brand. BIG MISTAKE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Tuscan stainless. It's easy to clean and fingerprints are almost non-existent. Oh, and my dishes are very clean. I have had no issues at all in the six months I have been using it. It's very quiet. Most of the time I don't even hear it running. Just a great dishwasher overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago to replace a whirlpool. I wish I would have repaired the whirlpool or bought another whirlpool. The Samsung is very quiet but it seems to decrease the amount of space inside the dishwasher to accomplish this. I have to run this dishwasher more frequently than my old one to keep up with the dishes . The dishwasher frequently has an unpleasant smell even after cleaning the internal filters. The dishes for the most part are clean when they come out but they are not dry since there is no heated dry. If you are looking for a quiet dishwasher and don't have a ton of dirty dished this is the machine for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an identical replacement for a purchase December of '22 which had an issue with the soap door opening. Replaced late last fall, works great so far, time will tell. Dish rack layout not as good as our old machine from another MFR. but works way better. Dishes get cleaner, remarkably quiet. Easy to clean filter.
